This dish is created by Chef Helmut in 1991, which also contributed to his team’s success in winning the most coveted award in Austrian gastronomy, the “Chef of the Year, Austria” award by Gault Millau. Since then, chef reinvent the dish with new condiments and ingredients to capture new twist and flavours.

Love the light flavour soup which is perfectly infused with the lemongrass and serve with the cod fish and vegetables together with the gyoza dumplings and dill. The flavours are so indulging and every mouthful brings up the overall taste of the dish itself.
Fjord Salmon from Norway, 180g (RM62) Perfumed with lemon basil oil, creamy spinach and fondant potato Salmon was really nicely cooked! The freshness deserves credit! I love how this dish was so simple yet delicious! Lemon basil oil made this dish really appetising!
