Recommended by Hedy Khoo of The Straits Times’ Food Picks. This was a bowl of springy noodles in a lardy and tasty sauce with a tinge of sourness, with savoury minced pork, shallots, spring onion, and tender and sweet char siew.
It was definitely a refreshing dining experience at Tracy’s Sarawak Kitchen as we feast on uncommon and absolutely tasty dishes from Kuching. They will no doubt see me make return trips for more of their dishes, particularly the Hakka Braised Pork and Tomato Crispy Noodle!

The chuanr fared a little better, but won't be enough to bring me back here unless I can figure out what that raw green veggie and tofu wrap platter was that I saw on several tables as I was leaving.
