And one of the must have here is their Firewood Chicken Dhum Briyani. This time, we ordered the awesomely prepared chicken briyani which is packed with flavours and they comes with generous portion for sure. The Chicekn briyani comes with the kachchi mos (raw meat), marinated with spices overnight then soaked in dahi (curd), which is then sandwiched between layers of fragrant basmati rice, exotic Indian spices, Egyptian saffron, Persian cashews, and almonds. The meat was so tender and juicy and they are really awesomely good. Every mouthful of the briyani is just heavenly.
We started off with their Tandoori Platter where they are the Mixed Kebab (Medium) (RM 50). For first timer here, do try the delicious mixed kebab that comes with the selections of their best selections which include the Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Fish Tikka, Seekh Kebab and prawns. Each of the items are carefully selected and every mouthful is perfectly good and such an indulgence.

Food was delicious. If you are like me, a fan of thick, sweetish butter masala gravy, the Murgh Butter Tikka Masala would be an awesome choice. You’d get thick, creamy, buttery gravy with a sweetish kick + generous portions of boneless chicken tikka. The chicken tikka offers the buttery gravy a taste of spice. It is similar to the ones you would see accompanying a naan? It is roasted with spices coated on the top, the inside of the chicken would be soft and moist while the outer part is usually a crispy maroon-ish color, that is packed with spice? Yup, the similar ones are used here with the butter chicken gravy. Imagine the sweetness from the butter gravy+ the spices from the chicken tikka? Yummm! It also makes a perfect gravy for the rotis I ordered.
