This will definitely spice up your life as most of their dishes are pretty mild but The Bun Bo Hue is indeed a great one. Enjoy the pho with the rich taste and full of bold flavours. The secret to this heavy bitter is the deep rich pork consommé married with lemongrass and it is slow cooked with onions and lots of spicy chilly too. If you love spicy, assured yourself with this and you will never go wrong.
