One full day is the maximum you need to see what you want in Putrajaya. You could even do it in one evening if you don’t plan to go inside any gated attractions, like the mosque or botanical garden. If you skip a stop in this planned city, you won’t miss anything that you haven’t seen before. Putrajaya is for the completionists (or curious, slightly bored residents like me). Putrajaya can still be a worthwhile stopover, though. Say, to have a shorter commute to KLIA before you fly home, or if you’re driving further south to Johor Bahru or Singapore.
I was there for 3 days so it was not really enough to see and do all, but I am sharing 5 of the must visit places in Putrajaya I believe you should check out too…

Good news! Homi Curry Puff opens at Lower Ground IOI City Mall Putrajaya 2 (New Wing). Looks like, we don’t need to go to The Gardens or SS2 for this Homi Curry Puff.
Overall, the food at Peranakan Place IOI City Mall Putrajaya is decent, service is not too bad either depending on how packed is the restaurant. Not a fancy restaurant and hence, most of their customers are regular customers. Have you been to Peranakan Place IOI City Mall Putrajaya? What do you think?
And despite a 45 minutes wait, it is definitely so worth the time as you get to savour in all that tenderness and juiciness wrapped in delicious slightly crispy puff… however, it would be best if you ordered or made a reservation for this, at least a day in advance, especially during weekends to avoid disappointment!!!!
Just a quick shoutout! Good news! Kenny Hills Bakers Opens at IOI City Mall Putrajaya. This means you can now enjoy Kenny Hills Bakers near Putrajaya and you don’t have to travel downtown for it.
It’s hard to find a quality cinnamon roll made by an independent baker. I’ve found that others were always too dry and never had enough icing. Homebaker@Clover is almost better than Cinnabon because of the variety of flavours and toppings they offer. The only thing keeping us from visiting again is that their cafes in KL and Selangor are a bit too far from us.
I guess I’m used to KL prices, so I was astounded when we could get a filling lunch in a lovely, air-conditioned cafe for so cheap. I thought this place was going to be overhyped, but both of our meals were tasty. The food is better than expected for what it is, but Karyabhara is not worth travelling to if you don’t live or work in Putrajaya.
