The largest Yunnan F&B chain in the world, YUN NANS has created the Steam Pot Chicken Soup with Lily Bulb, especially for the occasion. Not only that, but it has also come up with a flower-themed menu of dishes — surprise your mother with edible flowers this year!

This April, it is celebrating the second anniversary of its Jewel Airport outlet opening. To mark this special occasion, it is offering 50% off the total dine-in bill on 28 and 29 April 2021.
Overall, there are some dishes which were highly recommended like the bamboo noodles and porridge as well as some delicious dishes like the roast pork and French beans but some of their signatures did not manage to wow me. However, I will return for their bamboo noodles if I am in Jewel

There are plenty of things to eat at Jewel and Shang Social has a good reputation, so we sat down for lunch. Opened by the Shangri-La group it’s main focus is on Cantonese cooking.
Food at Shake Shack is American style fast food, focusing on burgers, hot dogs, hand-spun milkshakes, and frozen custard ice cream.

Nice, succulent and flavourful SmokeShack, with a slightly piquant note due to the chopped cherry pepper.
WOKE Ramen has opened in Changi Airport Terminal 1. The noodles are stir-fried in seasoned woks to achieve a smoke-kissed wok hei!
The name of this place (80 Airport Boulevard #03-19) isn't trying to make a political statement, but instead is referring to the wok hei flavor in the broth.

Overall, I absolutely adore the sauerkraut fish of Tai Er and have tried other restaurants serving the same dish but they have all paled in comparison.

Food at Burger & Lobster is American style cuisine, specifically focused on burgers and lobsters. There's only a small variety for each, ranging from 3 - 5 types of burgers, and 2 - 4 different ways of preparing the lobsters.
Jewel Changi Airport is a pleasant mall to dine in and the addition of Burger & Lobster is another strong option for diners. Go for the original lobster roll if you just want something simple or if you are dining alone. Otherwise, get a few more friends and family to share the rest of the Burger & Lobster dishes, as well as the bill.

Personally, I will skip the SilverKris Lounge @ Singapore Airport Terminal 3. However, if you are a visitor or transiting, the lounge is certainly useful.
From what I could tell, this was just a generic fish soup stall at the food court in the basement of Changi Terminal 3. But they had a big sign talking about their "aromatic dried chili: a perfect blend with noodle" in their signature dry noodle bowl, so I gave in, especially since it sounded a bit like a Malaysian pan mee. It's too bad then that the chili wasn't very spicy nor aromatic. You'da thunk I'd have learned my lesson by now.
I find Collins quite a nice affordable option when I want simple meat, veg and carbo. So I was interested when I went with my friend to El Fuego.
I wished that the beef brisket could be more tender though.
On the whole, the food is decent but not magical or life-changing.
Overall, I feel the wanton noodle is satisfying but not top notch.
Overall, LD and I enjoy the food at NVY. They are tasty, flavourful and perfectly executed. We like the Oysters, Signature Calamari, Smoked Beetroot Tartare & Burrata and Josper-grilled Sea Bass. Cheers!!
There is no lack of dining options in Jewel and if you are looking for a more specialised western restaurant, NY Verden Bar and Grill is one. Prices are on the higher end of the spectrum for Jewel.
