Overall, there are some dishes which were highly recommended like the bamboo noodles and porridge as well as some delicious dishes like the roast pork and French beans but some of their signatures did not manage to wow me. However, I will return for their bamboo noodles if I am in Jewel

There are plenty of things to eat at Jewel and Shang Social has a good reputation, so we sat down for lunch. Opened by the Shangri-La group it’s main focus is on Cantonese cooking.

Award winning Elfuego at Jewel Changi is a dining concept by local western food chain COLLIN’S, offering European cuisine in inviting setting
I find Collins quite a nice affordable option when I want simple meat, veg and carbo. So I was interested when I went with my friend to El Fuego.
Food at Burger & Lobster is American style cuisine, specifically focused on burgers and lobsters. There's only a small variety for each, ranging from 3 - 5 types of burgers, and 2 - 4 different ways of preparing the lobsters.
Jewel Changi Airport is a pleasant mall to dine in and the addition of Burger & Lobster is another strong option for diners. Go for the original lobster roll if you just want something simple or if you are dining alone. Otherwise, get a few more friends and family to share the rest of the Burger & Lobster dishes, as well as the bill.

Experience Bornean flavors with a modern twist at KANTIN Jewel Changi – Singapore’s first Borneo-inspired restaurant in a unique airport setting.
Overall, Kantin is an interesting option to check out in Jewel Changi since I rarely come across a Borneo restaurant in Singapore. The flavours are relatable to me, and you really could not go very wrong with dishes like laksa and fried rice on the menu.

ue to our sweltering weather in Singapore, ice cream or gelato is always a welcomed dessert for both young and old. There are so many cafes or ice cream parlours all over the island but a Michelin guide recommended ice cream is totally unheard of before Birds of Paradise.
Overall, LD and I enjoy the food at NVY. They are tasty, flavourful and perfectly executed. We like the Oysters, Signature Calamari, Smoked Beetroot Tartare & Burrata and Josper-grilled Sea Bass. Cheers!!
There is no lack of dining options in Jewel and if you are looking for a more specialised western restaurant, NY Verden Bar and Grill is one. Prices are on the higher end of the spectrum for Jewel.

Food at Changi Lounge is passable. The small menu consists mostly of non-alcoholic drinks, from water to coffee and tea or soft drinks.
Overall, we enjoy our dinner at Gochi-So Shokudo. The Truffle Cheese Mille Feuille and Truffle Chestnut Pork Jowl Don are very good and value for money. Meanwhile, the rest of the dishes that we tried are above average as well. A must-try for Tonkatsu & pork lovers. Kanpai!! Cheers!!
