The high prices are a result of their labour-intensive process and commitment to quality ingredients, both of which are well worth shelling out for.
I need to be back soon for the sourdough, or any other toast.
Although their prices might be a tad steep, they’re definitely worth a visit for those who love sourdough and European bread!
Exquisite dim sum in a grandiose luxurious ambiance inspired by the heydays of grand Shanghai.
I must say, the gift box for the rice dumplings was rather nice. Elegant and stylish in lovely green. Quite sturdy too!
餐馆经过几个月装修后重新开张,色系从原本的暗红色改成比较明亮的米白色与绿色,整体感觉更加年轻明快。
BUNDT by The Backyard Bakers offers good food and affordable prices in the CBD, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
Not bad. Enjoyed it. Bacon was candied.
Do take note that their baked treats sell out fast, so fastest fingers first.
Many of the items were a bit sweet, so I wasn't a big fan.
Love the savoury chilli packing respectable heat.
he fried bee hoon is not too oily and goes well with the fried shallots and chili sauce.
There is fried intestine porridge on the menu! And according to reviews, they did a mean rendition of fried bee hoon as well.
Pretty well lit and spacious canteen.
We all love a good and affordable hawker gem, but as time passes, these gems will disappear when interest and passion die out.
Couple that with wok-hei infused dishes that's fired using high-grade wok, we were totally sold on the menu.
This is pretty worth it in my opinion, as you can pick from items such as a half-grilled unagi, lemon and thyme half spring chicken, fried beef hor fun, pork leg bee hoon and more!
The prices of the food at Garang Grill are affordable and worth the money considering the portions given and quality of ingredients used.
However, this Garang Grill unfortunately felt and tasted like a poorer sibling of the original. Perhaps also some tweaking of the menu is needed, to attract diners in the vicinity.
What made me eat here and revisit were the noodles and their chilli sauce. Love the wiry texture and bite of them noodles.
I would 100% head down to visit her stall again for both the mee siam and lontong! Continue reading at Miss Tam Chiak: https://www.misstamchiak.com/jia-xiang/
While many have said that their standard has dropped, I still like it!
I highly recommend visiting this stall as it is at a relatively centralised location of Singapore.
To be honest, it wasn't half bad. It was different though, in a way that wasn't immediately as impressive as before.
a meal here always leaves my belly comforted and heart soothed.
For the chilli sauce, I thought it can be spicier and more tangy. I also slightly disappointed that the stall does not order ginger dip.
17 reviews of Alkaff Mansion Ristorante "I would do 3.5, but it's closer to a 4 than a 3. average-ly italiano at this quite gorgeous venue hidden up in telok blangah. it's a surprising location, until you realize it's situated in a quite…
A worthy place to be at if you have a special reason to be there.
The majestic two-storey Tudor-style mansion is comfortably perched atop Telok Blangah Hill, and have been painstakingly restored in 2009, keeping as much of the history as possible.
Ah Orh Seafood Restaurant is a household name in Singapore with a multi-generational following, especially in the Teochew community (the only people you should trust to pick a Teochew restaurant 😄 ).
I am glad that I can still satisfy my craving for delicious Teochew food with its takeaway and delivery services.
Overall, I am glad that we have made a few visits to Arh Oh in this past one year.
Woo.. hoo.. awesome Spanish fare at UNA @ Alkaff Mansion - the grande dame of fine dining in Singapore.
Have a taste of the vast rolling Basque Country right here at the lush Telok Blangah, at the transformed Alkaff Mansion.

Seng Hong Coffee Shop is one of those last surviving old school coffee shop that seemed untouched by time.
I love how "crunchy" the mee kia is. Well, not crispy crunchy but al dente crunchy.
I will definitely be back for more!
All heaped over rice that's drenched in their mildly spicy curry and braising sauce from the meats. Comfort food as local as it gets.
Overall, Bak Kee Teochew Satay Bee Hoon lives up to its reputation of being one of the best satay bee hoon stalls in Singapore.
I will be back with my dad because I think people of his generation would love Loh’s cha kuay teow.
The ratio of kway teow to noodles is also perfect, ensuring sufficient textures and bite.
Wildseed Café is an ideal place for a leisurely weekend brunch.
