All that talk about laksa yesterday reminded me that I still hadn't made my way over here yet (1 HarbourFront Walk #02-48, 9721-6560). The place was more upscale than I thought it would be, and the menu was more extensive than I had imagined too, featuring a number of creative little small plates that looked promising.
The Grilled Tiger Prawn Dry Laksa came in a really big portion, and was moist with quite a bit of concentrated laksa broth/sauce, lemak, had strong flavours of coconut milk and prawns, and came with nice sprinklings of tau pok and fish cake.
The staff were very nice but some patience is needed especially during lunch time.
The view from Spuds and Aprons should be it’s highlight, and we wished the food could have been as good – perhaps to be fair, it is a casual dining concept, and it does have a couple of appetising choices.
