Recommended by ieatishootipost. Greasy, soft and slippery char kway teow, full of garlic and wok hei. A bit old school – less sweet, and more savoury and a bit chao ta. Steady stream of customers immediately after it opened. Not bad, although I felt the taste was bit one dimensional. I probably missed the sweetness.
It might not be the best Fried Kway Teow but it definitely has got a certain standard.
New Ubin Zhongshan Park is located on the ground floor of the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel Singapore. Since New Ubin Seafood relocated from Pulau Ubin many years ago, they had operated out of several locations.

I guess the main draw of this buffet (for me) is that I get to eat so many things that I used to eat during my childhood - pre-becoming-too-health-conscious - most of which I didn't know I'd enjoyed.
If budget is not a concern for you, the vegetarian buffet is quite an experience as there are not many vegetarian buffets in Singapore. Come with an empty stomach and you will be rewarded.
As for the Steamboat Buffet @ S$19.80++ which only served on weekday (Mon-Thur). You get to taste some Dimsum, salad, Japanese sushi, dessert etc. Quite a good buffet spread!
