My mom favorite porridge place: simple, tasty and affordable.
My mom's favourite porridge place: value for money.
Delicious dishes.
Sarawak Laksa (RM 13.90) is really thick and flavourful. Kolo Mee (RM 9.90) has a nice springy texture and nice taste, and the BBQ meat is decent. 在Puchong的砂拉越美食【爱-茶室】 砂拉越叻沙(RM 13.90)真的很浓很香。..
Puchong folks should rejoice as I-Tea offers up a great selection of authentic and delicious Sarawakian fare in their backyard.
Sarawak Laksa is more than just noodles and soup, it is a bowl of traditional comfort food packed with an amazing combination of flavours. We're glad to have found this humble place called Auntie Lan where they serve an amazing bowl of Sarawak Laksa! Accompanied by its partner in crime, the Kolo Mee; which may look simple, but it is delicious and full of porky-licious goodness!
Verdict: 1. Personally, I find that the dishes here are up to standard and worth the price. 2. Reasons to visit: Good quality Japanese dishes, cosy ambiance and good service. 3. Recommended: Uni Tofu Nabe
Another hot favourite of mine was Avocado Truffle Miso Gratin that’s served in an open avocado shell filled with seafood, avocado, and chicken truffle creamy gratin with spicy bean paste. A truly tantalizing dish with amazing flavours and each creamy scoop practically melts in my mouth. Another ‘Must Try’ dish!
I was having a great time with friends at Tsuki No Miyako, definitely fulled and satisfied. *Just look at my face :p - now smiling in front of the computer, typing this... recalling the taste - #no-lies* If you like Japanese cuisine, it definitely worth to try, good price with tasty food, who wants to miss it?
My order of lai fun noodles came in a soup of mixed beef parts, comprising tripe, tendon and beef slices. Also in it were two big chunks of radish. Not completely soft, but they were nice and juicy. As for the soup, it was rich, flavourful and lip-smacking, with a consistency to it that was similar to collagen (ie it left a slight stickiness to the mouth after you’ve slurped it up).
Where I live (KL, Malaysia), Filipino food is rare – which is a shame, seeing that they have some amazing cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant in Setiawalk, Puchong that serves Pinoy dishes, and the call of ‘Jollibee Spaghetti’ enticed me in for lunch.
Kedai macam ni standard la, makanan murah, air mahal. Kami minum lemonade dia sedap jugak, walaupun mahal sikit. Menyegarkan~~
My Personal Opinion Although I won't bother eating those commercially produced meat and frozen fish, the chicken chop itself is worth trying for the price and taste if you happen to be in the mall looking for cheaper eats.
Slurpy Chicken (RM 17) We had their Slurpy Chicken where the chicken comes simply juicy and moist. The portion is pretty huge to be enjoyed and they are deliciously sides with the al-dente pasta. Just perfect to my tastebuds.
One section of the restaurant affords a panoramic view of Sunway Lagoon.
The Golek Station will feature a whole lamb, where the chefs will slice the succulent meat directly unto the diners’ plate. The lamb is marinated overnight with over 25 different local spices and mixed herbs such as old ginger, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, salt, masala, coriander, yoghurt, mint leaves and cumin powder before slowly roasting for four (4) hours to retain its moisture, producing a tender and juicy meat for diners to enjoy.
The Resort Café, will serve the special Ramadan buffet dinner nightly from 6 May to 4 June 2019, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The buffet is priced at RM 188 nett per adult and RM 98 nett per child (ages between 6 to 12 years).
Crowded on weekend night, improved service. Hainanese chicken chop much improved, the spicy chicken rice not recommended.
Fried noodle with fried chicken is nice, curry seafood rice tasty as well.
Came here for supper. The black sesame is average, and the mini French toast is okay.
NO.1 Ayam Bakar – Jakarta. I have always miss my Indonesian food and this stall do give you one of the best for coffee shop quality. It is very near to the street food that I have miss in Jakarta Pusat. Chicken is maritated to perfection, grill till it is not too dry, yet juicy inside out and you can see the shinning glaze of marination on the skin. To eat along with their Nasi Bakar is a perfect pair. Eat along with sambal with hit you with the heat and spiciness that you need.

Our order is for the Special Fried Rice which is laden with Prawns and Char Siew (RM9.50). True to its' popularity; the Fried Rice has a nice Wok Hei that is ingrained in each of the rice bulbs.
Food is pretty okay, and the business is good as well.
The tea set of two different type of coffee and a polo bun is pretty good. Good coffee and polo bun do taste good with some kind of actual pineapple custard.
Coffee is nice. Hanainese Chicken Chop is crispy and come in large portion. Luncheon Meat Rice is okay, maybe it is a slightly healthy version. The environment is slightly dim.
Today's breakfast is the rm$9.50 排骨配雲吞叉燒雲吞麵 Pork Ribs Char Siew Wanton Mee by the popular 江記雲吞麵 Kong Kee Wanton Mee stall. Charsiew today wasn't their normal standard but the Pork Ribs was still not too bad, coupled with 2 pieces of medium size wanton
all tables are definitely at least 4-5 feet apart!
Will be back to try the other variants another time.
Chicken chop with cream sauce. So you get a sauce of your picking and this one is certainly great with the otherwise dry fillet. Thick and creamy, almost like my pasta sauce, only cheesier.
它家的概念类似six inch cafe。价格中等,分量中等,都是走大众化的路线,只是少了有歌手主唱,比较安静。
Hokkien Udon: Smells DAMN good. Taste not bad too.
整体来说我觉得这里的食物都很有水准,价钱也算经济,连坐在我旁边的老吴也在不停地称赞,呵呵~难得有他不弹的餐厅,我下次再来!
Tong Sui Special Green Beans, 4.50 ringgit. Yessss! It was as good. Considering how difficult it is to find an eatery that serves delicious green bean soup – too much santan? too watery? too sweet? too little green beans? This one here was perfect. Loads of green beans, just the right amount of sweetness. Yummmmmm
Verdict: The fried Laksa definitely score point for its novelty, if you like the flavor of Asam Laksa but don’t want to drench in sweat while eating the soupy noodles, try this out!
This seems to be a fusion cafe, combining local and western cuisine. Lei Cha (RM 16) is not bad, fragrant. Mee Jawa (RM 16) is tasty and fragrant, soft noodles and quite a few crunchy..
We’re suckers for pretty teapots – and the Lei Cha here is served in one. We loved it! We had ours with brown rice and added fried anchovies (RM20 in total) for more protein. The flavours were superb – the mint-basil soup is less minty than we are used to and is slightly more savoury.
Since moving to new company, met my ex colleague for lunch and she brought me to this Restoran Puchong Batu 14 Yong Tau Foo is well known for its made fresh upon ordering Yong Tau Foo. They also offer other quite simple dishes that I see many other diners ordered is their Steamed Fish, Chicken Wrap, Ginger Duck and Onion Tofu.

Visited Munching Mob a few weeks ago , The cafe is located in Esplanad . Black wall , ceiling-to-floor windows facade , completed with few backyard tables & cushioned stools . cozy ambience that Munching Mob cafe having . Munching Mob is more like a neighbourhood cafe , cozy and welcoming , very much suitable for family crowd . From comfort food like Nasi Lemak Chicken to Curry Chicken Rice, Western fares such as Fish & Chips, Chicken Chop, light sweet selections including waffle and pancakes are worth discovered . Serving up their own version of American and Asian fusion cuisine .
Whenever I am in this area (Arked Esplanad Bukit Jalil), I would eat at Friendship Cafe (despite its name, it is just a common coffee shop with a few hawker stalls) or at On On Bak Kut Teh (another common coffee shop nearby). On this day, Friendship Cafe was closed and it was full house at On On Bak Kut Teh so we ended up in a proper cafe.
Slight salty but not bad, the Pan Mee "Go Noodle Houes" Style! Served in a tray where most of the ingredients are separated and even the bowl of soup sits of the tray. I did like the chili sauce.
Generally very nice. I also ordered the cuttlefish ball, nice too.
But one thing for sure, "Go Noodles" does always cooks up a good broth with its noodles.
Order and Service is efficient as food come to the table around 10 minutes after ordering.
The Nasi Lemak was pretty good too. It had all the usual ingredients that would make up a nasi lemak in addition to some Korean Fried Chicken (KFC). The KFC included 4 small pieces – 2 drumsticks + 2 wings. I wish the chicken pieces were bigger though, there was hardly enough meat to last through the whole dish. Other than that, it was overall a tasty plate of Nasi Lemak.
