Overall, Wild Yeast Bakery Cafe is a perfect spot for a cozy breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of their food is exceptional. The cafe also hosts events too.
Yummmm! The sourdough here, you’d be able to taste the tangy sourness. I liked that. Texturewise, the outer layer was hard and crispy? The inner part was less harder, a tad more softer. The dish was an open sandwich/tartine which is perfect when having mozzarella. This sandwich comes in 6 slices, each topped with mozzarella and tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, pepper several other items. It was tasty, overall. There was a mix of flavors … sour, bitter, the distinct flavor of the cheese. It was ‘sedap’ and i enjoyed it. Hard to describe specifically but you get what I mean, right? Lovely.
Overall experience, the ambient was comfy despite it’s small setup. A good place for catch-up session, while you grab your afternoon tea-break or even your late breakkie stop. Pasties and coffee, was good too.
