Unlike Malaysia Tau Sar Piah, Singapore version is crisp and flaky with the saltiness in it that balance off the sweet fillings.

The Thai Tea Crepe Cake was nicely and delicately layered, lightly creamy, rich and fragrant with the flavour of Thai Iced Tea. Not bad.

Yes, for their variety of Tau Sar Piah which are freshly baked daily! And no, do not take 603 as an alternative to Loong Fatt, the latter got really popular in recent years no thanks to social media, but 603 has much to offer too!

Their Lemon Tart is also a personal favorite; that crunchy buttery tart walls welling a smooth, zesty curd that was cool to my lips.
