A review of Tippling Club 2019 one of the very best restaurants on Tanjong Pagar Road the hipster food mecca of Singapore
What we did this night was a cooking Masterclass via Zoom with the world-famous crew from Tippling Club, Chef Ryan Clift, Chef Ayo & Mixologist God Andrew.
Tippling Club Review 2022, owned and operated by Chef-Owner Ryan Clift, is situated at 38 Tanjong Pagar Road in Singapore
GOHO, which serves modern Japanese cuisine, has a new summer kaiseki menu at $98, $138, $188 (10 courses), which is quite good value compared to other kaiseki restaurants. In the 10-course menu I was invited to try, the food included foie gras, engawa (flatfish tail), wagyu sukiyaki, lobster miso soup, and caviar. The food is presented prettily and tasted better than average but perhaps they are best known for their cocktail pairing ($58, $78, $98) with the meal. They also just started a lunch menu: $48 (5 courses) and $88 (8 courses).

Definitely get a spot at the bar! The upstairs seating area is more typical whisky lounge and they also have a private room. Btw they also have an insane wine collection.
A bar wholeheartedly dedicated to the love and appreciation of fine whiskies, The Wall is a safe that guards more than 300 types of whiskies including pre-war whiskies, limited edition whiskies, priceless whiskies and rare whiskies.
With prices from S$14 a glass, and a full sumiyaki menu, you can expect this place to be quite popular.
Overall, though the food prices were rather standard for a restaurant found in the CBD, what set REVAMP Bar & Kitchen apart was its modern take on classic Asian dishes.
