All in all, it’s quite an interesting place to visit in small town Malacca and if you love the modern speakeasy concept, then this place is for you.
Sun Wukong RM35 – Hennessy Vs, Banana Liquer, Angostura Bitter. Our favourite cocktails on The Old Merchant Melaka ‘s menu.
My verdict? The Old Merchant is definitely a place I'd drop by if I am ever at Melaka for a drink to cool myself down. I am keen on trying more of their drinks the next time I drop by!
Reasons to visit Budi Bar Melaka: charming hidden setting; great for afternoon drinking; focus on fresh local fruits; original craft cocktails; my favourites are the Belimbing and Kedondong; hubby is a huge fan of the pandan.
Tai Yong: Budi is a proudly Malaccan cocktail bar inspired by Malacca's rich history and unique local flavors. I'm a proud Malaccan who has been in the F&B industry for 10 years. I started Lust in Jan 2012 till 2016 & Nagaba from Sept 2014 till 2018. Lust was a medium capacity club with music themed nights and Nagaba was a multi storey restaurant & bar.
Nevertheless, still a unique experience I would recommend to travellers on a visit to Melaka. It's okay if you are bringing kids as I brought my 12 year-old niece along. p.s. Of course there's no alcohol for her!
整体而言,The Moonbar 营造了餐饮和娱乐的终极体验。
Reasons to visit Drunken Monkey Malacca: great river views; a chat with the charismatic owner Jordan; a focus on having fun and living life with a smile.
