A Singapore BBQ dinner at Decker Barbecue is not exactly cheap considering that we were eating outdoors along the pavement. But this is still a prime Robertson Quay Singapore location. We thought that the portion size and food quality justified the pricing. For me, having food barbecued, cooked just right and served to us beats trying to do this at home.

Overall it's a very meat intensive meal, not for the faint hearted!

Best omakase / Woodfire Experiential Dining on the East Coast at The Social Outcast, Katong. Immerse in BBQ Wagyu, King Crab, Octopus, Scallop
I enjoyed my dining experience at The Social Outcast, and my word of advice is to head here without any expectations as it does operate quite differently as most restaurants, from the moment you stepped in, to the way the menu is being designed and presented. At least for what I had, the wagyu omakase menu would not disappoint.
All in all, the food was tasty and strongly flavoured plus we got acquainted with a new fish name. Price point could be better though.
Ambience at Tan Yu 探鱼 is modern industrial, with a grungy street feel.
There was a green pepper limbo fish that was not bad.
We were thoroughly satiated and satisfied with our meal and would recommend repeat visits!
Service was great as well, personable, spontaneous and attentive.
The food was top notch and the interior was beautifully done up.

Overall, I had a good dining experience at Hanjip Korean Grill House where the dishes are consistently good, especially so for the quality of the grilled meats.
Hanjip Korean Grill House seeks to differentiate itself from your regular Korean BBQ house with its selection of premium beef, and private dining rooms that would not look out of place in a K-drama.

The catfish was a bit tough though, while the rest of the dish was quite serviceable. What I liked was they stir fried this in front of you.
My verdict for my first Vietnamese BBQ was non-conclusive. Meat marination was almost the same throughout but it didn't elicit that lip-smacking good sensation, unlike my virgin experiences with Korean and Thai BBQ, which had been raving and craving for the next few months.
The Yakiniku-GO folks are running a promotion right now featuring a MasterChef Asia finalist, and this "beef bomb" is one of the outputs.
Yakiniku-GO is the latest restaurant by RE&S Enterprise, with its first-ever Yakiniku concept marks its 76th outlet in Singapore.
餐馆虽然主打牛肉,鸡肉也令人惊喜。
The Gogijib Korean BBQ review, The Gogijib Iberico Pork Specialist, Korean Soy Marinated Crab in Singapore, Black Pork Korean BBQ in Singapore
Overall, the dishes at Gogijip are decent although some are better than others. If I do not compare them to those in Korea, I would say the flavours are not that bad.
we got this kimchi stew, which turned out a bit sweeter than I would've hoped. Their banchan was a bit sweet too.
Wang Dae Bak Holland Village review Korean Restaurant with pictures of set lunch menu, ginseng chicken soup, Pork BBQ, seafood pancake ..
I was having meat cravings one day after work and decided to go for Korean barbeque for dinner. One of the nearest Korean barbeque restaurants near my workplace is Wang Dae Bak Grill at Holland Vil…
Ambience at Bulgogi Syo channels their concept, being spacious, open, and with a modern elegance. The dark shades are interspersed with bright warm lighting, and the sturdy furnishings and comfortable booth seats are decent. The open kitchen offers a view of the action, particularly when staff break out the massive fire blasters. Dancing flames on the LED screens around the pillars complete the vibe.
Overall, I like the concept of Bulgogi Syo. The food is good, tasty and the spiciness level is kids friendly. I recommend their LA Galbi, Cheesy Tteokbokki with Kimari, Seafood Sundubu and not forgetting the super yummy seaweed rice. Definitely a good place to dine with your friends and family. Geonbae!! Cheers!!
The cheeseburger had a soft bun and a nice thick coarse grind patty that was slightly charred, smoky, moist and beefy, which paired well with the cheese, raw onions, caramelised onions, pickle and nice tangy sauce. The fries were also good. Very nice burger.
It is nice to see modern concepts by young hawkers such as Blackgoat in our hawker centres. I like the whole charcoal grill concept and it is also great that the team changes its dishes from time to time so that repeated customers get to try something different each time. For myself, I would love to give the cheeseburger a try next.
All in all, it was a good experience new kind of food being introduced into the hawker centre and also supporting the young hawkers.
Ala Carte add-ons are so well priced too!
Yakiniku Warrior makes for an exciting break away from the hawker fare we’re used to.
EN Yakiniku introduced us to a match made in heaven known as Sake Tengoku.
The Japanese meats are relatively pricey here, as compared to the US meats. The wide variety of options on the menu is definitely one strong selling point at En Yakiniku, and you can also request for the staff to help you grill the meats if you are not confident of grilling it well. That said, Bugis is a tough meat competition with the likes of Hey Yakiniku and the newly opened Meow Barbecue as well.
Have you ever tried Pide?
Satay is always satisfying and this one was done nicely.
9 reviews of Yakiniku Yazawa "Our new favourite yakiniku joint. The meats were exquisite, even if the meat-centric menu was decidedly limited. Unlike Aburiya, Gyu Kaku or Ito-Kacho, there isn't a variety of seafood, or vegetables to break up the…
From the presentation of raw beef on our table, we were amazed at the marbling, colour and freshness of the beef served. Service is great here! Staffs were attentive to our needs. All beef cuts only require a few seconds on each side and it is ready to be eaten. Be AMAZED the moment your taste buds get into contact with the beef.
It's really hard to beat Yakiniku Yazawa in serving high quality yakiniku.
Guriru Pop Up Even Review by Chubby Botak Koala, Guriru Tsukune Teriyaki Sauce, Seafood Chijimi, High Rollers Gimbab, Pork Bulgogi Gimbap, Tsubugai
Although many bbq items are glazed similarly (with homemade yakitori sauce), there is a wide variety to choose from. Not all the dishes are fantastic but the good ones outweigh the bad. And the food goes well with beer. Poolside, naked lightbulbs, bbq food and beer – it feels like a holiday. Sounds like a place I would come with friends or colleagues after work.

Leave your willpower at the door, the meat fest is definitely worth splurging the calories over.
Enjoy the grilled meats just as it is to savour the natural sweetness of the meat or pair them with speciality Kintan sauces (original, spicy miso & garlic).
