Service was good, even though the wait between each dish was quite long.
Lunch at Basque Kitchen Singapore was an enjoyable experience. The food, service and ambience of the restaurant was deserving of a one-star Michelin restaurant. Perhaps more.
While the ice cream on its own may seem a tad too complex for comfort for some, combining it with the sweet and lightly peppery Szechuan strawberries and lemongrass gelatine really brings the whole dessert together.
We enjoyed our meal at La Ventana even though some tweaks could be done to bring the dishes to the next level.
This is certainly one of the best Spanish restaurants in Singapore that we have tried.
