If you are in vicinity, Niu Dian Beef Noodles is worth trying for a good bowl of beef noodles if you are looking for a casual meal, even though the prices are relatively steep.
Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee - Niu Dian Beef Noodles has finally landed in Singapore, serving mouthwatering authentic Taiwan Beef Noodles.
This is arguably the best beef noodle that I have in Singapore so far. We are so lucky that this gem has been rediscovered!
After having tried all of the items on the menu though, the best one is still just the plain signature beef noodles
I've been going through the other items at Siye Niula, and that ganchaomian above looked better than it tasted. At least it came with a side of their clear soup, which I liked much more. The other thing that I've since tried here is their hongshao bowl, whose deep-tasting soup is pretty good. But I still prefer the clear original.
So I've rotated through a few of the other bowls available at Siye Niula, particularly the suancai version above, as well as the mala one.
A great beef noodle soup. I like the clean taste of the broth and the lovely chewiness of the handmade noodle. The prawn dumplings are great as well. Weβll be back for more. Cheers!!
Chao Niu is a Chaoshan-style hot pot restaurant that I've been curious about, but never made the effort to go to.
Wah Eng Beef Noodleβs prices would seem to be on the high side. However, their Hainanese beef noodles were served with a decent portion of good cuts of beef. The beef noodles were tasty and enjoyable and we would go back for more.
Overall, the new dishes provided beef alternative for the diners. Initially, only Black Sesame Sauce Noodles were available. Now, diners can choose from more options like Braised Pork Belly Pearl Rice Bowl, Braised Pork Belly Noodles, and Yakiniku Pork Noodles. Cheers!!
