Dinner pricing is about RM98++ (~SGD35) per pax which is a very attractive and affordable as you can pick all the items on the 2-page buffet menu which includes salad, bbq vegetables, sashimi, sushi, handrolls, soups, rice, fried food, dessert and a wide variety of meat selection (including Top A5 graded Wagyu Beef)! From premium beef karubi, lamb shank, ostrich meat to beef short plate, pork belly, pork neck, grill chicken, scallops, tiger prawns and many more! Free flow of green tea (cold or hot) is available as well.
The food was tasty. I feel the quality of ingredients was good for the all-you-can-eat price we paid. The environment was comfortable. The service staff was responsive and helpful.
The interior of Tanba is impressive and it is huge - the restaurant can seat about 200 people comfortably.
The banquet menus designed for 10 diners each are the Fortune Set (RM1,388 nett), the Longevity Set (RM1,288 nett) and the Prosperity Set (RM1,088 nett).
The Christmas Eve dinner buffet on Dec 24 is served from 7pm at RM118 nett per adult and RM50 nett per child aged between five to 12 years old. Price includes party packs, live music entertainment by Christmas carolers and a Santa Claus appearance. On Christmas Day, Dec 25, the buffet brunch is served from 11am to 3pm, priced at RM48 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child aged between five to 12 years old.
They are the Golden Dragon Set (RM988 nett) and the Crimson Phoenix Set (RM1,188 nett) for tables of 10 and the Auspicious Set for tables of six (RM828 nett) or 10 (RM1,388 nett), presented from now till Feb 19.
