Our hawker burgermeisters are really giving the gourmet burger joints a run for the money by providing freshly made patties and artisan buns for the price of a fast food burger!
Even though the whole thing was dripping and perfumed with the fragrance of truffle, the patty remained dry and unjuicy. The bun was quite normal, and the fries were over-fried, resulting in a slightly charred taste. Overall a very mixed plate.
it's not bad tasting in the realm of hawker centre burgers.
Overall, our lunch South Beach was an enjoyable event. Simple western food in a pleasant ambience. Our server was a pleasant and pro-active lady which elevated the level of service a notch above the average restaurant.
