The decor is bare bones minimalist, the coffee is pretty good but the stars here are the fine handcrafted French style cakes.
Overall, i must say our group (a few of them were extremely picky when it comes to food) had a great time savouring the quality artisanal cakes / pastries / tarts but felt that its location would eventually result in its closure.
Lee’s Confectionery is a welcomed patisserie in the west serving delicate French haute patisserie.
The next time you’re in Jurong in need of a sugar rush, MADLYGOOD makes for a great option if it’s ice cream, waffles or milkshakes you want.
As a young ice cream cafe, MADLYGOOD is constantly experimenting with new dessert creations.
Madlygood is a spot that we would certainly revisit again for good ice-cream in Jurong East
Honolulu Café has reasonably priced breakfast sets from 8 am to 11 am. The popular egg tarts and other pastries are also available.
I have been to Honolulu Café (檀岛香港茶餐厅) for quite a few times already and normally I always get to order the flaky egg tarts and so this time round, the cafe has come out new dishes like Bu Luo Egg Tarts and Mini Hazelnut Choco ttart.
Sweet and fragrant lor, and nice meatballs with a slight crunch outside, tender and soft inside and moderately savoury. Good bowl of lor mee.
Considering the location, it's just a stone's throw away from Jurong East Interchange and for those who are looking for a bowl of Lor Mee, this Yew Tee Feng Zhen Lor Mee will be a good choice.

Here are the items that we ate that day. Other than the siew mai and spring roll, I cannot remember exactly what the other items were. The one thing I can remember is that the best dim sum item was the fried spring roll. That was comparable to those served at Orchard Road Chinese restaurants.
The waffle was pretty fluffy with a crisp exterior, and the ice creams were light and not cloying.
It’s a warm, cozy and welcoming cafe, particularly family and kid friendly!
Its quirky interior, an entire wall plastered with pages of Archie comics – making it an Instagram-worthy backdrop, adds to the energetic vibes.
Spaceout is a spot that would certainly work as an option for Mexican cuisine for the folks in Jurong East.
The Vietnamese-owned takeaway kiosk of Banh Mi is located about 10 minutes from Jurong East MRT station. Located just right opposite the bustling coffee shop, Happy Hawkers where the popular Braised Duck Stall is.
This was at the edges of Jurong industrial are near Pandan Reservoir. The braising sauce was vinegary, herby and really savoury and deep, and the bowl of noodles was quite good, coming with quite nice but slightly soft fried dumplings, and small strips of braised pork belly and a braised egg.
