Service at Halcyon & Crane was average.
I always love Asian elements infusing into Western dish. There might be some misses in the Sichuna-inspired dishes whipped by Halcyon & Crane, on the whole, there are more hits.
Avenue on 3 Cafe Paragon Orchard sits in a corner of the new luxury fashion retail space by F J Benjamin on level 3 of the Orchard Road mall. There are many places for afternoon tea or a coffee break. Cafes such as PS Cafe and Halcyon & Crane are popular choices. But our recent coffee stop at Avenue 3 made us think it is possibly the best place for coffee or tea at Paragon Singapore.
O’Coffee Club at Paragon is a nice place for breakfast on Orchard Road. There are no exotic dishes but the prices are wallet friendly. Take a table along the atrium and it is also a good place to people watch.
