Durian BB serves Durian Platter (RM49) where it contains five types of Durian such as the flavour(marked with a star), D101, D13, D24 and D197 aka Musang King from the left to right on the platter. No worries, it provides free gloves and tissues. Thus, we can eat it easily. It is highly recommendation to taste the flavor from start a marked with a star to D197(from the mildest to most bitter savour) lastly in order to experience different tastes and flavours of each types of Durian.

The main dishes – one was soupy and the other was curry based, I had a liking toward the curry. It must the flavor and the thick-ish texture. Yum yum. The Katsu Chicken, I loved. Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious. The combination of the crunchy meat and the flavorful Japanese curry – was da bom

Spaghetti Teriyaki Beef set lunch which includes a cup of hot tea - MYR 20+ (10% service charge = MYR 22 nett). Close up - can see the thin slices of beef, mushrooms, seaweed, bonito flakes and parsley. Luckily the teriyaki sauce is not very sweet and the pasta is not swimming in sauce. I kept half the portion for dinner as usual.

Crispy Chicken with Creme Sauce, 21 ringgit. This was similar to the creamy pesto sauce dish we’ve had previously. I remember liking that one and was looking for something similar, so I decided to give this dish a go. Pasta and sandwiches were not of interest to me today, so yea. This was delicious. The crispy boneless chicken bits and the creamy sauce complimented each other well. The chicken on its own, would have been pretty dry, however, add on the creamy sauce and you would get a burst of flavors and textures. The creme sauce itself came with spices and a lil milky sweetness, it had an overall tasty flavor to it. It resembled thick butter chicken sauce but totally different in flavor. Overall, a delicious dish. Loved it.

This is a great cafe and fast becoming one of my favourites in this part of town (that's closer to home). Their exciting version 4.0 menu is certainly on the right track with these add-on hot dishes to their menu of mostly pastas, gourmet sandwiches and salads. The three dishes that we tried will be great additions to their menu when it's finalised. I certainly hope the salmon fillet and zucchini and corn fritters make it on the menu permanently as I'd love to have them again. After two visits, I'm absolutely certain that there'll be a third.....and a fourth...and a....! Well, I've been here for dinner and after-dinner snacks, it's time I come when the sun is up...for some morning brekkies! ^_~

It's been a while since I had Sarawak laksa (RM13.90) so I went for that. The broth was very good. It comes with the thick meehoon, beansprouts, omelette, prawns, chicken, and coriander that comes with a traditional bowl of Sarawak laksa, plus some extras such as tofu pok and fishballs.

Charlie’s Chicken Chop did live up to its hype. We loved the juicy, large whole chicken thigh with its crispy, non-greasy batter. Even the sides were commendable – freshly fried fluffy potatoes cubes instead of generic fries/mash and a coleslaw that is tangy and fresh, with just a hint of creaminess to bind it together.

The Ice Chocolate with Coconut Milk is apparently a crowd favorite, hence why I decided to give it a try. It was something different. With every sip you’d taste, the taste of chocolate will hit you first. then the taste of coconut and it ends with the taste of slight bitterness from the small bits of dark chocolate scattered around. If you are the kind of person who liked your chocolate drink thick, you most probably would not enjoy this drink as much as due to the use of coconut milk, it is just a tad lighter, waterier than the usual. However, if you fancy a chocolate drink with a twist, do consider this combination. It is different, refreshing and makes for a good drink to quench your thirst. It was not too sweet, it had just the right amount. I most probably would still stick to the regular chocolate with cows milk but if I fancy something a lil different – I’d go for this.

Now, this tasted like apple crumble but without the crumble. Add in the sweet, creamy flavor of Vanilla ice cream. A rather unusual mix but delicious nonetheless. I enjoyed it.

Banana French Toast with Ice Cream, 12.90 ringgit. Man, this was da bomb. Definitely a perfect dish to conclude my time here at Touch of Love. This was basically dessert, lol, and is part of their ‘Toast’ section. Basically, what you’d get on the plate is 2 mini pieces of french toast + 2 slices of caramelized bananas + chocolate sauce + sliced almonds + a cup of Vanilla ice cream on the side. Pour Over Coffee – RM27 Although the Pour Over Coffee that was served to us was black and without sugar, it had a slightly fruity taste and a mellow tone. The coffee also had a super strong aroma which is distinctively unique. Despite this we found the coffee to be quite light and easy on the mouth but the caffeine in it was certainly strong enough to keep us awake. The coffee is without a doubt extraordinary and not commonly available in Kuala Lumpur so it is definitely worth a try for coffee lovers. Mariah Berry Sandwich, 19 ringgit The dish consisted of Cajun style roasted chicken + homemade organic cranberry sauce + spicy herb mayo with Panini. The combination was mouth wateringly yummy. The roasted chicken came in a generous quantity and that mayo, it was thick yet airy, with a nice flavor to it. There was also quite a good spread of the cranberry sauce/ jam. It wasnt too sweet and it came with bits and pieces of cranberries. Do imagine the variety of flavor you’d taste with this sandwich – from the not too sweet cranberry sauce to the herb mayo and the Cajun style roasted chicken. Yummmm.

Laksa Pesto Pasta, 28 ringgit Anyways, if you forget about the pesto and simply view this dish as ‘Laksa Pasta’ – it was yummy. I loved the fact that they used a flat noodle as the pasta of choice because it sure was able to contain & retain more of the rich flavors of Laksa. It was a dry dish but the noodles were a lil wet, which worked as a glue of sorts and held all the ingredients together. There were a generous portion of clams prawns and calamari. Despite the minor blunder with the pesto, this dish as a whole was delicious.
