Came to try the new item rm$10 "Salted Egg Ayam Kunyit Rice 鹹蛋咸黃薑粉炸雞丁飯".
Nevertheless, a satisfying rm$10 meal!

The rm$4 新鮮熱豆漿 Hot Soya Milk was just slightly sweet but taste healthy and kind of goes well with the Sandwiches sampled.
SS15's 多士號 The Toast House now offering Taiwanese style Bento on-top of their Signature Sandwiches.
Then try out Taiwanese Pancake , Bacon Pancake @ RM 8. It is not too bad on the flat bread, slightly chewy to my liking and I guess worth to give it a shot.
Current seating is 2 persons per table and a busy morning with quite a few customers coming for the popular western breakfast choice.
Mixed Grill (RM 31) We also ordered a mixed grill that came with steak, chicken, fish, mussels. The salad has an overload of mayonaise.
I quite like the Ambiance here, not too bright nor dark, its a quiet dining restaurant and I must say very good service today!
Strategically located at the bustling town of SS15, TRYST cafe has been operating for many years. The secret to success in the competitive world of cafe business industries? It's Indomie!
IndoBowl RM5.90 Included an fried egg and signature chilli sambal. You'll be invited to choose your preferred toppings too! Wide variety of topping choices from grilled drumstick (+RM12), grilled chicken breast (+RM7), lamb chop 100g (+RM18), steak 100g (+RM14), Tempura Prawns (+RM10), sausage (+RM3) and grilled salmon 100g (+RM21).
Recently , Tryst cafe has came out with their new Indomie dishes called " IndoBowl " , dish topped with their signature Red & Green Chili , Now this is the real way to eat . Choices from Grilled Chicken , Fried Chicken Chop , Lamb Chop , Steak , Battered Prawns , Salmon or even better take on their Mumbo Jumbo Platter . The best part is their homemade Spicy Red Chili and Green Chili paste . Since I'm was a Spicy Maniac , I love the Spicy Red Chili Paste definitely Awesome !!
The cake was very sinful and pure bliss. The high price is probably because they need to layer the strawberries (an expensive fruit in Malaysia) and also put in fresh cream. The cake was also not as sweet as conventional cakes. Truly bliss
I suppose the presentation of the cake, coffee or food is better than what it tasted (I think), at least on my plate of Pasta. Food prices are slight on above the medium range (rm$25++beyond).
Sally & Chives RM25.50 Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, chives, and tobiko caviar served with buttery toasted brioche This was a total lie. Please let me know if you manage to spot any tobiko caviar cause I can't. It also didn't look appealing at all, and totally didn't justify the staggering RM25.50 price tag for what could've been easily replicated in my very own kitchen. I would 100% NOT recommend this dish.
If you are in the SS15 area and would like to have a new brunch spot to enjoy, why not drop by to Good Friends Cafe?
Good Friends Cafe offers an extensive menu choice mostly western but offers some asian fusion as well. I suppose the Cafe do provide a good setting of ambience for dining and hang out with friends and family.
The french toast (RM15) here is pretty good. Thick cut brioche is coated with eggs, served along with the caramelised bananas, berries, raisins, and toasted almonds. Sweetness overloads in this toast but it is awesome.
Equally not impressive are the BBQ sticks from another stall here in SS15's 花姑娘茶檔 Miss Fa Fa Cafe.
Miss Fa Fa Cafe offers at least 15 meaty steaks choices of Pork, Fish, Duck, and Chicken at generally affordable price from rm$12.90 to rm$18.90.
The Kopitiam offers 豬/雞/魚扒 Steaks, 鐵板燒 Grilled Teppanyaki, 義麵 Pasta, Flower Tea, 西式早餐 Western Breakfast, 豬肉/海鮮粉 Pork/Seafood Noodle, 碟頭飯 Dip Tao Rice, 炒飯 Fried Rice, 咖喱粉麵 Curry Noodle, 板麵 Pan Mee, 炒粿条 Chao Koay Teow, and Vatiety of 小吃 Snacks.
I believe you have eaten Abiong's sea bream fish ice cream but it is like and love!
The restaurant offers Shisha as well. The place likely a typical hang-out location for students from colleges nearby as it opens all-day-night long with free wifi and a huge outdoor-seatings area.
Freshly fried Tenggiri Fish was yum. Deep fried till crispy golden, the fish was moist on the inside and Golden brown on the outside. Food has the authentic Indian taste like the meal I had in India. Thanks for the recommendation Cutiepie, Must try place in Subang Jaya!!
Mango Snow Ice RM26 is our personal favorite and is the main reason that keeps us continue visiting Hanbing Korean Dessert Cafe! The shaved ice variation is generously covered with sweet fresh mango cubes from the inside out, drizzle with a good amount of mango syrup and ends with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as toppings. Whenever we are craving for mangoes, we are more delighted to have a bowl of this Mango Bingsu rather than the actual one since the price and portion (for mangoes) is almost the same, not to mention this one right here is more flavourful, of course! 😉
Snow ice: 6 – The Injeolmi snow ice was alright. It is original Korean flavor, but it do not fit my taste buds (others should be better). Snow ice are quite costly (RM20+ for one). Environment: 8 – Comfortable environment, suitable for going both with friends, or self. Cleanliness: 8 -Well managed. Service: 7 – Was alright.
I'll be honest here –I don't know if I'll return if it were solely my choice but I wouldn't mind giving the cafe a second shot once it tunes out.
Menu is limited to only a few food items, no more than 10 so I hope they’ll add more in the future. I ordered the club sandwich. It was a little dry but otherwise pretty good. Adrena ordered mushroom and bacon aglio olio but since she doesn’t eat beef, they substituted it with chicken.
US Pork Collar (300g) (RM 44) For those who are big fans pork, go for their tender-two-hour sous vide, served with the mustard, sea salt and confict garlic. The pork collar is so juicy and they are perfectly cooked with the tender texture and each mouthful is heavenly.
Overall, the food was good. Although I had a very unbalanced and carb-loaded meal. Would definitely be back to try more.
This particular Starbucks offers spacious outdoor and indoor seating; much better than the ones in USJ.
Visited here twice this month for breakfast the 1st time and now lunch, definitely a nice quite place for a cuppa (if there is not a crowd of people having their meetings here)!
The restaurant is air-conditioned and has a clean and simple decoration.
Come try! Fresh ingredients, Fresh food.
"Above Cafe" maybe possible for 2-3 hours of web surfing although the layout seemed more for dining than surfing.
Verdict: It shows that they preapre the food freshly, and indeed the food was served hot and freshed! Their Nasi Lemak Rendang Chicken is the most popular one. But it was not served when I dropped by the cafe. Probably due to MCO I assume.
Price at affordable price tag, I had their Chicken Chop Set which comes with 2 choices of sides , 2 choice of sauce together with the a drink. The portion comes pretty huge with the price we pay. It comes amazingly good and the chicken is tender and juicy too.
I highly recommend these for those ice cream lovers like me.
Lemon Icing croissant at MYR 6.80 nett. It is one of the lowest price. Lemon icing croissant in a takeaway bag because I don't think there is a dining area for customers to eat in. I wonder can this bakery survive here as it mainly sells croissant. Guess the big student population here may help it stay afloat.
And for first timer, we would recommend you to try their Raspberry Panna Cotta, Golden Cheese Croissant, Apple Croissant, Hazelnut Macron Croissant, and of course their new release Salted Egg Croissant.
Raspberry Croissant is especially outstanding, thanks to its special combination of raspberry puree tinged with fresh lemonade. Sweet & sour, matching right with the croissant.
Really don't mind revisiting in the future, especially can try the Mutton Paratel or Mutton Varuval recommended by the waiter.
Here's the location.
I ordered the Iced Cube Chai, one of their signature drink. The ice cubes are actually made from freezing the tea into cubes. Pretty cool right. Honestly, it takes a while for the iced tea cubes to dissolve and mix with the milk. I had to keep stirring. It was good though. First thing you get to taste is the milk tea (which also has a nice scent to it), followed by a minty after taste because of the mint leaves. I removed the mint leaves soon enough as I didn't want my milk tea to have a strong minty taste.
Cats + Coffee - Purr-fect combo - Lotsa fun playing with the pampered cats, especially for kids and feline-lovers. Good place for parents to bring their kids for some interesting experience with the felines while getting some relax time to enjoy good coffee ~
Overall, Coffee Cottage is a nice place to hang out. It's really relaxing and fun to watch & play with the cats. A good stress reliever to see those cut cats running around and great for people like me who are sensitive to animal furs, where I get to play with them for a short while instead of getting allergies from long term exposure. Drinks are alright but the cakes are really yummy :)
