What do We Like about Antipodean @ Atria? -Tasty and satisfying foods for breakfast -All the breakfast main comes with free coffee. Not sure when will this promotion ends -No traffic/ parking problem in Atria
Good western food and breakfast.
The Omelette with Cheese and Mushrooms was again a mind blowing dish. They had been very generous with the milk and cheese so much so, with each cut, you get cheese oozing out of the eggs. 10/10 would be my rating for this dish
The other day I dropped by Halla Holla again simply because I wanted coffee.
Total damage, a heart stopping RM53.90. One experience is good enough. No regrets. Never try, never know.
Overall, Wild Yeast Bakery Cafe is a perfect spot for a cozy breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of their food is exceptional. The cafe also hosts events too.
Nice durian flavoured cake.
Reasons to Visit: Unique cake flavours that makes you dying for.
两个字 - 惊艳!尖不辣的独特香气,吃过的人都会知道。蛋糕的外层是完全用尖不辣果和顶级奶油做成,没有添加糖份,味道很天然,还可以吃到一点果肉呢~
Besides the set meals, the menu shows much more exciting offers which is definitely worth more visits here at the Three Little Pigs &The Big Bad Wolf either in Bangsar Baru or Tropicana City Mall.
After two visits to this eatery in within 1 week after reading PH's post, we went back again for their lunch sets (MYR15.90 nett) as parking at this mall is very affordable at MYR1 nett for 3 hours of parking and there are many vacant parking lots available
I went there again with my spouse to share this big big breakfast recommended by PH and it was as nice as said.
[Pork-free] Elevate your day with a cuppa at Oddday in Damansara Jaya.
What do We Like about Oddday, Damansara Jaya? -Welcoming vibe of a little humble cafe stall that serves good coffee
店里的各类小吃和糖水对我来说都很吸引,价格是偏高的,可惜我平时的活动范围很难找到类似的传统糖水店,所以这里就成了我唯一可以解馋的地方。
The Cafe offers drinks and bites as well but limited choice of proper meals (just a few rice, noodle dishes) and not sure if any of those are their specialities.
Reasons to Visit A great place to hang out with great ambiance Food price is affordable and it brings you with a homey delights.
Stirfried glass noodles at MYR 11.90 nett. The portion is larger than the fried rice portion and taste good as it is a bit spicy and tangy.
My order: Ten grain Lo Mai Fan at MYR 6.90 nett and fresh sour sop drink at MYR 7.90 nett. I find the Lo Mai Fan easy to eat because it is very soft. This ten grain Lo Mai Fan is also sold at the Frozen section of the grocery part of this shop.
Nasi Lemak with deep fried mackerel at MYR 12.20+ (6% SST, MYR 12.95 nett) with a free drink. The fish is salty but still acceptable and tasty.
Kopi Time Brand of Cafes were among the first pioneers, setting up its first humble outlet in Atria, bringing the Malaysian community together in one place to enjoy true Malaysian street food. Kopi
Just when you thought there couldn’t be more Kopitiams, new ones are coming up every now and then. It could only mean one thing, yum cha is Malaysians’ favorite past time, and Kopitiam business is still a growing business in Malaysia. Some of my friends like to yum cha a lot, and they go Kopitiam …
If you are a fan of fine desserts and artisan cakes, or enjoy the best things in life, you would definitely enjoy the perfect combination of artisan cake retail and cafe at Textures by C3 Lab which serves up delicate artisanal pastry, desserts, sandwiches, salad, and specialty coffee from The Hub Coffee Roasters
The Big Breakfast did not disappoint. There was a big smoked chicken sausage, hash brown, creamy scrambled eggs, toast, sauteed mushrooms, baby potatoes and a salad of cucumber and tomatoes.
When I don't feel like eating rice, I will order fish and chips. This dish is named Farmers Special Deep Fried Fish at MYR 17.50 nett. I suspect that it is dory fish but it was a bit better than some of the dory fish that I had eaten before. I ate 1 slice and kept the other slice for dinner.
My friend's braised chicken drumstick with rice at MYR 17.90+ (MYR 18.97 nett). She finished the whole bowl before I was halfway through my meal because she says that it is tasty and she was hungry.
This friend ordered Soy Stewed Pork with Rice at MYR 16.9+ (6% SST = MYR 17.91 nett) despite me pointing it out to her that this is pork belly since I know that she does not eat the fatty parts. She said it is ok she would just remove those parts which she did painstakingly. She removed the skins and all the fatty layers leaving only very little lean meat but she was satisfied with her choice. There is a piece of dried pork skin (like those served with chee cheong fun) in her bowl which she gave to me.
Continuing from yesterday's lunch story, I ordered the signature ice dessert at MYR 13+ (6% SST = MYR 13.78 nett). You can see the default 5 toppings in the photo above, clockwise from the top: grass jelly, jelly ai yu, tapioca pearls, taro and sweet potatoes balls. I like all the toppings including the tapioca pearls because they are soft, just like jelly unlike other places that serve tapioca pearls that can be hard to chew because they are too springy. Ai yu jelly is made from seeds of the fruit of the creeping fig plant (Ficus pumila var. awkeotsang). You can read how Ai yu Jelly is made from this wiki article.
Chicken Lasagna + Hot Chocolate (Lunch Set), 24 ringgit. I see loads of cafes serving beef lasagna but not chicken lasagna. Seeing it available here though, naturally I gave it a go. It sure was delicious. If you want cheesy goodness with loads of chicken and pasta, do give this a go. I was literally in a yummy cheesy haze through it all, lol. Definitely worth reordering.
