Quite an interesting find in the heartlands, but perhaps I WISH for more creative dessert selection and flavours.
鲜甜. The fresh meaty flavour was quite apparent in the bowl, although I thought some garlic and chilli would add more kick. The noodles were of a good texture, a bit more soft than qq. The meatballs were quite fresh and tasty, while the dumplings were more wanton skin than meat. The soup had a bit more alkaline noodle flavour than meat flavour halfway through. Overall I think more kick required.
We decided to drop by when happened to be in the vicinity. Mr Tan Poh Chye, 65, was there, he used to run Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle, ...
