The top seller here is of course their Wan Tan Mee and this you could have with either Char Siew, Siew Yuk or even Chicken on the sides. Along with this, comes a small bowl of dumplings in clear soup. The Wan Tan Mee truly was really good. I loved the springy egg noodles and they were very generous with the sauces. This also comes with some beansprouts on the sides. I would rate their Wan Tan Mee at 9/10.
But the Char Siew deserved elaboration. A firm favourite to many esp the taxi drivers.
We did not have high hopes on the Xiao Long Bao (Shanghainese Dumplings) but to our surprise, they were beyond amazing. Each dumpling was beautifully wrapped with a burst of broth; the dumpling skin however, was not as thin as we would have hoped. But the overall combo did not disappoint
Here's the location.
The Paper Wrapped Noodle here is tasty, i love it !
The toast are thin breads with kaya and butter and it is smaller than we expected. Once we checked the filling of the toast, there is only one small piece of butter unlike how it is shown in the menu. We don’t mind paying RM 15.30 for kaya butter toast set but we expected more.
