Mott 32 is one of those places we reserve for special occasions. Because we know we wouldn’t be regulars at the place because of price for one thing, but also because it screams “special occasion”!

The restaurant looks pretty much the same in 2023. The timeless decor has served them well. It has a distinctive Chinese decor that is unique yet still distinctly Chinese in character.

Overall, it was a great dining experience. While the dim sum menu is limited, they ensure each one of them is to the highest standard.

We thought the place was pleasant and the service was courteous and efficient. There is a wide range of food and the prices are reasonable.

Love the dessert counter. From this angle, don’t you find it looks like some place out of New York?

Overall, selection is good and i think the food quality is not too bad (especially when they use vanilla seeds for their desserts). But nothing really strike me to re-visit anytime soon but i am glad we tried it.... :)

A good dining experience for its price, and with its location in the beautiful lobby of the Sands hotel, this is one restaurant to visit either for lunch or dinner.

    脆皮鲜奶卷($5)外皮金黄酥脆,内馅包着鲜奶,嫩滑软糯,油炸的酥香和鲜奶的清甜混搭在一起,别有一番美味。

I am definitely jealous of all the people in Singapore who have access to multiple Din Tai Fungs all over the city.

Of all the XLBs I have tasted, the dough skin from Din Tai Fung still is one of the best even though they weren’t exactly melt-in-your-mouth texture as proclaimed.

The Peking duck ($40 for half a duck) at Blossom Restaurant MBS will not win any prizes for presentation (especially when compared with the presentation at Tunglok XiHe), but the taste was not bad.
