RM 400 for 14 people. The food is nice.
下次你到实兆远或邦咯岛不妨到这里尝尝海鲜大餐哦!
If you happen to find yourself in Sitiawan and in need of lunch or dinner, this could be a worthwhile stop. Prices are affordable, taste is pretty good, seafood is fresh and service is fast.
Verdict: No hesitation in recommending the steamed fish head which arrived at the perfect intersection of taste and texture. If you happen to be around Sitiawan, make your way to Restaurant Chai Chin, it’s definitely a place worthy to spend a meal on.
Mun Yap would recommended their Bak Kut Teh,Red onion Fresh Fish, and their stir fried spicy fish with pork!!
The Loh Mee came with thick soup and smooth savory broth. The noodle was so smooth and delicate; it just slurps in your throat literally. But, the soapy broth had very strong bamboo shoot which I found quite disturbing.
The next stop was Pasar Awam Kampung Koh which is a few minutes drive from the biscuit shop. Look for the shabby shack under the big tree opposite the morning market, and try the famous noodles of Loh Mee and “Loh Lak” Noodle.
Ing Hua’s red wine mee suah is light and only RM7.00 for a big with many meaty pieces of chicken. In fact, if I were to finish this on my own, I won’t be able to eat anything else for a few hours!
必吃的福州菜肴则是酸甜鱼片, 个人比较喜欢带甜味且多汁的酸甜鱼片。
The pancake-like fritter was tasty and better eaten dipped in the Kampung Koh (what else) chilli sauce. The bubur cha cha was homely but wasn’t as rich as I preferred. Sad really.
The prawn fritters here comes with a couple of small prawns cooked together with the batter.
A jewel on the crown of local eateries serving both authentic cuisine and local Fuzhou ( Hock Chew ) delicacies as well as mainstream Chinese food.
Verdict: A very affordable meal that only small town like Sitiawan can offer but it doesn’t compromise the quality of the food. I really love the texture of both Kampua Mee and Dan Yan. Oh yeah, don’t forget to get some crunchy fried fish sticks (the item served in purple bowl in first photo, resemble Fuzuk sticks) to go with your Foochow noodles!
Yang Yang Hong Restaurant in Sitiawan has established 13 years ago and this place served traditional Hock Chew dishes and great seafood. Yang Yang Hong is a go-to destination for those seeking an authentic Hock Chew culinary experience.
Awesome authentic seafood restaurant ! A great place for friends & family to enjoy amazing seafood dishes. Love the Foo Chow fried egg omelette with clams, La La soup…
Steam Promfret is one of the famous dish there. The promphlet was a fresh one and teh taste is not fishy at all. Taste: 5/5
(G&J) Restaurant is a renowned dining establishment located in an undisclosed location. This restaurant is been up and running for 21 years. Specializing in the popular Malaysian dish called "bak kut teh" or pork rib soup, G&J Restaurant offers a delectable and authentic culinary experience.
天上捞绝对不会让你失望,每一次来都会有新的创意菜单面世,特别他们的日本串烧!!
