A traditional favourite on the menu this festive season is the Steamed Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Waxed Meat. Made with Chinese sausages specially flown in from Hong Kong, this dish requires up to 45 minutes to prepare for the flavours of the vegetables, Chinese herbs and meat to infuse into the rice leaving a distinct and rich flavour.
If this is a café, you probably pays slightly more for that but food quality wise differs. This is probably the best pork noodles in the city right and correct us if we are wrong.

Verdict: It’s unquestionably a great place to assuage one’s yearning for a good bowl of Gai Si Hor Fun. Revisit? Why not? I can come here every month after my facial appointment, hehe. 😛
Obviously, the Kai Si Hor Fun is the star here! With a more traditional recipe, the broth is clear (some would say bland for the modern taste buds) with mild sweetness coming from the prawns. The addition of prawn oil provides aroma. The flat noodles are adequately smooth, and the prawns were fresh and springy.
The kopitiam is just behind the Honda Show room, parking is challenging but at 7:30am, but there are parking along Jalan Jati (park at your own risk), just outside of Tribeca Service Suite.

We still enjoy the fried kuey teow here, the ‘wok hei’ and the taste is still there. It is such a comfort food on a cold rainy evening and it was worth the trip. To be honest, there are many fried kuey teow stalls in KL but most of them are really below par in terms of taste and ‘wok hei’. That is the reason why we don’t mind travel for a worthy fried kuey teow.
