I'm hooked with Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee which is consider one of the world's best coffees. It's taste mild and perfectly balanced. OMG~ this is so delicious! The coffee is sweet with crisp finish when I took a sip of it. One of the world’s superior coffee-growing regions! BEST RECOMMENDED - MUST TRY!!!
Verdict: Jamaica Blue’s selection of coffees unquestionably can satisfy any coffee lovers but as a non coffee drinker, I’m happy with their extensive list of food as well. From breakfast (both savory and sweet), assorted hot meals (pasta, sandwiches, rolls and burgers) to dessert (scones, muffins and cakes), the choices are sufficient to please everyone.
Anyways, we are so blessed to taste one of the best and exclusive coffee for Jamaica Blue's beverages which is Blue Mountain Coffee. It is highly recommendation for those people who love to enjoy their favorite of black coffee as you can visit the Jamaica Blue! When my good friend and I tasted to drink their brand coffee, Long Black, it is quite bitter without any sugar and smell like a very strong aroma of coffee. By the way, it might make us feel energetic after drink this. Overall, it is mild & perfectly balanced and sweet with crisp finish. According to Jamaica Blue, Jamaica Blue Signature Blend is the highly recommendation for the coffee lovers!
York Cheesecake, awesome!
Overall, I will definitely classify this place as my top spot for coffee when I suddenly crave for one in Pavilion. Life is nothing greater when you have a cup of good coffee to start or end your hectic day. Masa-san's coffee definitely can let me find my own inner peace to relax my mind and soul. Total Damage: RM58.30 Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food Serving Speed: Fast Will I Revisit?: Yes!
You can now find the new swanky Artelier Coffee X Kitchen diagonally next to TWG Tea, adjacent to luxurious brands Moschino and is currently serving moreish home baked cheesecakes, smoothie bowls and quintessentially, its meticulously chosen coffee beans profile.
Reasons to visit Feeka Coffee Roasters: relaxed setting full of character and a great green courtyard for cooler weather; excellent coffee; lots of meat-free and healthy options; I really enjoyed the Berry Chia Pudding and Grilled Chicken with Couscous; fans of mille crepe cakes should give the Almond Salted Caramel a try – out of 14 flavours it is the number one seller.
With so many esteemed outlets flourishing ever since the new extension of Pavilion KL shopping mall came alive, various F&B brands also starts pouring in on top of the potpourri of specialties shops, departmental stores, jewellery and timepieces, fashions, urban leisures and many more. And among them is the stylish ACME Bar & Coffee, located at the third floor of the shopping mall’s covered promenade, just slightly further up from Michelangelo's (my fave Italian pit stop)
Although I've read some negative reviews of this place, I have to say I was pretty pleased with both the food and service on my two visits except for the overpriced drinks that didn't impress. The Spring Noodle Bowl wasn't something I thought I would enjoy but I did! Try the blackened salmon steak and grilled lime chicken or a bit of both in the Sea-to-Land Sharing Platter. Both starters I had (from the Raw Bar section of the menu) I liked too (and you will too if you enjoy tangy flavours). This was a place where the ratings weren't very flattering and yet it turned out better than I had hoped (in fact, even better than some I tried with higher ratings)...go figure! ^_~ So, don't take anyone's word for it...always try it out at least once (or twice in my case) to find out for yourself.
Although prices are on the higher end, especially the drinks, the place offers a good creative mix of local, western, Japanese, Thai and Mediterranean flavours. More importantly, I did enjoy the food I had here which I found to be distinctively pleasurable and well executed. The Sea-to-Land Platter is a great sharing platter that is sure to please with the grilled lime chicken and blackened salmon being my favourites. Also, not-to-be-missed is the utterly divine Sizzling Coconut Nangka Brownie. The romantic vibe of the place makes it a perfect setting to take your better half on date nights or for special occasions...or simply to have a good meal in a gorgeous environment. Would I be back? Certainly, without a shadow of a doubt! ^_~
For the price paid (RM32), I was expecting a little bit more from the pie in terms of portion and taste. It was as if they were trying to bulk us up with gigantic portions of mash and peas to make up for the size of the pie. In the end, I left both the mash and peas unfinished as it was just too much + they weren't all that pleasant-tasting (especially the peas!). >_<
Gravy Baby at KL Pavilion offers good Happy Hour price for Beer but food prices are on the "high side" due to its location.
I should have ordered others like what seems everyone else did sitting next tables which is the Won Ton Mee! Besides noodles, the shop also sells fried meehoon and some chinese desserts like yam cake.
I still think this is one of the best teh tarik in town.
Fish ball noodle or Yee Mee at $7.50, Pan Mee at $8, and Curry Mee at $8.50; all perhaps recently priced for food at the Golden Triangle of KL.
At the point of writing this post, it’s not my first time returning to { X } Coffee, to try out their signature hand brew coffee from a wide array of single origin beans, roasted by the established Maruyama Coffee, Nozy Coffee, Hoshikawa Café and Glitch Coffee & Roasters.
