The Chicken Chop is good but wish to have more Pico De Gallo at the side.
Here's the location.
We wanted something light to start with, the Beef Ragu Taco appeared to be one of the perfect choices. Spiced minced Beef served with julienned Lettuce, Tomatoes and Coleslaw wrapped in a heated up Taco; lovely combination and the seasoning was just spot on.
Chocolate Banofee Kakigori is one of the popular item, yet sinful at the same time. It features a combination of dark chocolate flavoured ice, Oreos, Brownies, Caramel, Banana and Chocolate. It is sweet yet not overwhelming

Overall the food here is decent, service is very good and environment is nice too.
Located at Setia Spice Canopy, What The Duck is also known as WTD is one of the places that expert in duck making. The smoked duck and duck confit are the signature dishes here that must try. Check out this video for more information.
The signature WTD Duck Confit (RM 24.50) is a pretty good deal, both in terms of price and taste. Though the flavours were not robust as the classic French duck confit, it was pretty decent and managed to whet our appetite. Duck meat was flavourful and cooked to have crispy skin and soft meat. When we have it with the pumpkin sauce, it gave a sweet sensation while the preserved vegetables offered a slight tangy taste. Therefore, tweak it depending on your personal preference. Overal, the duck confit is a delightful dish.
Overall, I would definitely come back again for the delectable ice-cream but not the waffle
We guarantee that their ice cream are all pleasurably addictive and ready to trigger your sugar rush.
Their assam laksa, with lai fen (laksa noodles) in a piquant fish broth boiled with mackerel, tamarind and local spices comes with a heirloom of vegetables and a spoonful of thick prawn paste ‘hae ko’ (蝦羔). Drizzled with the prawn paste, the sour, tangy and spicy flavors of the assam laksa really hit the spot.
All in all its value or money and given the ambience, a good place to while away some time and relax to food and fellowship.
Penang has never run out of hidden gems, especially when food is concerned. Relau 88 Laksa is one good secret, the Assam Laksa stall housed within a garden supply shop at a corner house along Jalan Paya Terubong at Relau has been serving pleasurable Assam Laksa for months. Since it shares the same place as the garden supply store, the place is surrounded with charming flowers but it does get stuffy under the sultry hot weather. Positive reputation spread through words of mouth, the place is now thronged with patrons in the know. It is particularly busy on weekends, especially for those who yearn for a light, refreshing lunch/ snack. But Relau 88 is not a one trick pony, the locals' favorite icy sweet treats- Cendol and Ice Kacang are also available to cool your summer day.
When I first entered their house, I was swamped by the types of dessert they are offering. Every wall glued with menus and even hanging on top of their counter like bunting flags, without duplication if you wonder. It took me a while to decide which to order by standing there like a kid. Due to the long shape design of the house, with the large crowd that times, patrons basically blocking the entrance of the house. No worries, their service are very attentive and efficient. We like the healthy concept that they are practising, very healthy and less sweetened. If you are yearning for something salty than sweet, there are herbs soup for you too.
This eatery offers a comprehensive list of sweet desserts, particularly Cantonese tong sui (糖水). The menu varies on daily basis, but the popular ones are available on most days.
They have a very simple layout, not air-conditioned.They have very friendly staffs and good service.
The well-known Japanese restaurant has recently undergone a major renovation and is now back with an elegant classy set up.
Recently, we managed to try 7-course Omasake at Kampachi at Hotel Equatorial Penang, which means letting the chef decide the menu for you using the seasonal fresh items from Japan. It was totally a delighting experience to enjoy fresh Japanese Yellowtail Sashimi, Kyoho Grapes, Hokkaido Asparagus, and many more. The omasake course starts at RM 218+, depending on the availability of seasonal ingredients.
The Kampachi EQ Sunday Buffet is available every Sunday from 12.00pm to 2.30pm, priced at RM168 nett per adult and RM78 nett per child (age 5 to 10
Food here is tasty and the environment is great too, plus, service is good .
If you are a serious Cronut fan, then Black Door Coffee & Tea is your spot. The latest addition at Arena Curve, Bayan Lepas (opposite to Arang Coffee) serves up some Cronut-related sweet treats but that's not all, there are an array of the usual Cafe fare as well as some home-made pastries and cakes. While the name- Black Door does paint a picture on the exterior, we certainly did not expect the interior decor to be in completely dark shade as well. The atmosphere is casual with a sense of industrial vibe. But the fact that the cafe offers full-fledged menu- from appetizer to main course and dessert so for those who are working nearby (Bayan Lepas) or happen to find yourself wandering about the neighborhood, the cafe is worth-visiting.
Taro Lotus Biscoff and Matcha Burnt Cheese Cake. The former option was basically sponge cake layered with Taro filling, fresh cream and finished with some Lotus Biscoff crumbs. The flavor-combo was delicious and it was reasonably sweetened
SoyaTec's Soya Beancurd has a slightly denser, firmer and perhaps, a little grainier texture as compared to the traditional ones. We were told the difference due to the absence of Gypsum. The Signature version uses sweetened Soya Milk while the Classic one uses Syrup... with the same toppings of Mung Beans and Red Beans. I did not find them particularly overwhelming but I do like the fact that it was served chilled.
signature item – Oreo Coconut Shake.
One of the bestselling desserts since Sweet-i's inception is Ginkgo Nut Barley (银杏薏米腐竹浆, RM4.50).
One of the first tenants to open its doors to the public at Mahsuri Promenade is Room 18 but it is not entirely a Hair Salon... part of the place is rented out to 15 Grams Coffee Bar, a snug but cozy space housed within the same lot. Like the name, 15 Grams runs as a Coffee Bar so do not expect the place to have a large menu. It does however, have some cakes and pastries on offer. Seats are limited but there are some seating space right in front of the coffee bar that allows coffee enthusiasts to witness the entire brewing process and perhaps, some exchange of opinions with the barista. Also worth mentioning is the Instagrammable-spot right in front of the glass door, the natural light that floods in offers great backdrop for hipstery photos. A pretty cool place for a cup of Joe but might be a little confined to hang out, especially for big groups. Mahsuri Promande is the new commercial building between D' Piazza Mall and Elit Avenue.
One of Chillis And Cheese's signature dishes- the Chilli Mi is a Nasi Lemak in noodle version. Spaghetti was used in this case... and stir fried in Sambal, served with the standard Nasi Lemak condiments like Peanuts, Anchovies, minced Chicken meat, Cucumbers and some Egg. The flavors were good and the Sambal possessed the mandatory chili punch but we would prefer the Spaghetti to be slightly more al-dente

Overall, we feel the consistency and taste of the desserts were attributed to the sub-par taste here.
