Self service Rojak, worth try when nearby.
The rojak has one of the best coconut fritters around versus the flavoury version found at the stall. Your plate of rojak telur gives you a mix of prawn fritters, coconut fritters, a whole hard boiled egg, deep fried bean curd and shredded yam bean and cucumber. The sauce is slightly sweetish with crunchy peanuts
Some say a Rojak is incomplete without boiled egg and sambal sotong. Hence we ordered the Rojak Sotong & Telur (RM5) which came with generous amounts of toppings. Ingredients used were pretty standard but what made this dish special is undoubtedly the thick nutty sauce. It was incredibly flavourful and had a strong nutty aroma.
The rm$4.40 "豆腐花配菊花 Tofu fah w/Chrysanthemum" wasn't that impressive, although the Tofu fah was expectedly smooth and soft.
Dáo is a specialty dessert cafe selling traditional soy based desserts with a twist.
Mango Snow Ice RM26 is our personal favorite and is the main reason that keeps us continue visiting Hanbing Korean Dessert Cafe! The shaved ice variation is generously covered with sweet fresh mango cubes from the inside out, drizzle with a good amount of mango syrup and ends with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as toppings. Whenever we are craving for mangoes, we are more delighted to have a bowl of this Mango Bingsu rather than the actual one since the price and portion (for mangoes) is almost the same, not to mention this one right here is more flavourful, of course! 😉
Snow ice: 6 – The Injeolmi snow ice was alright. It is original Korean flavor, but it do not fit my taste buds (others should be better). Snow ice are quite costly (RM20+ for one). Environment: 8 – Comfortable environment, suitable for going both with friends, or self. Cleanliness: 8 -Well managed. Service: 7 – Was alright.
I highly recommend to try out their signature Uji Matcha and French Chocolate Monster Ice Cream topped with Rice dumpling with matcha jelly, honeycomb, honey Osmanthus Jelly, and salted cherry jelly.
Here's the location.
I ordered the Iced Cube Chai, one of their signature drink. The ice cubes are actually made from freezing the tea into cubes. Pretty cool right. Honestly, it takes a while for the iced tea cubes to dissolve and mix with the milk. I had to keep stirring. It was good though. First thing you get to taste is the milk tea (which also has a nice scent to it), followed by a minty after taste because of the mint leaves. I removed the mint leaves soon enough as I didn't want my milk tea to have a strong minty taste.

The Tong Sui "摩摩喳喳 Bur Bur Cha Cha" sampled on 8th April just a few days ago and today's "Papaya Pear Snow Fungus 木瓜雪梨雪耳", both taste average at best; disappointed since the shop is called "Tong Sui Kitchen"! But the food sampled both days aren't bad at all, a little salty for me but still good.
Food prices from rm$3 - rm$8.50 and TongShui from rm$3.50 - rm$4. There really aren't many Tong Shui shops in Subang Jaya area, so this one worth noting and perhaps sampling other offers in their 2-page menu in the future!
Nene consist of fresh papaya flesh, mixed with milk and the topping here is Swiftlet nest crystal cube. Refreshing local flavor and the joy of being able to enjoy it with the crystal cubes of birds nest! Heavenly indeed! I would love to go back for another cup to enjoy this drink because papaya is full of Vitamin C, antioxidant, helps indigestion and bird's nests provides the nurtitions and helps to smoothen my skin.
Half & Half is basically a combination, 50 % cookie dough of choice and 50 % homemade Vanilla ice cream. They 5 cookie dough flavors at the moment. The Signature Original goes for 6 ringgit and the other 4 flavors – Brownie, Rainbow, Matcha are 7 ringgit each. For Half & Half, I opted for their Signature Original. It was surprisingly good. The cookie dough was moist and had a texture that was in between a brownie and fudge
I highly recommend to try out their Stick on me purple rice, chewy chewy oats delight, Luscious mango, Red Ninja Dragon fruit, Green with Envy Avocado, and Snow Fuji OH~~.

OWL Espresso Cafe is one of the famous bingsu cafe in SS15. After operating in this area for 2 years, they still remain as one of the top hangout place for students when it comes to Korean dessert. To be honest, this is my first time here after hearing so much good things about them.
Lets check out this unique cafe~ OW:L Espresso located at Subang Jaya SS15. OW:L Espresso, the first cafe who brought Korean Bingsu to Malaysia and the first who brought Marley Coffee to South East Asia.
