This cafe has become very crowded on weekends after lunch as well, with a waiting time of 30 minutes. We order our usual: ice ball coffee and signature souffle pancake. Wife complaint the coffee is..
Best soufflé in Puchong. On weekend, avoid peak hours between 8 to 11pm.
The souffle and coffee ball doesn't disappoint.
Still the best cake in town, perhaps.
A hidden cafe within the plants (in Plant & Pot), serve good quality cakes and coffee. Closed at night.Google Maps: https://g.page/sippingcorner?share00:00 S...
First time dine in after Covid. Nice vibe, cozy environment (like a secret garden), good coffee and superb cakes.
Tried their slightly fancy Dao Nai Bing (RM 15.90). It has a toufufa pudding cut like a mango, red bean, cincau, soft ice and some pretty chewy balls (perhaps too chewy). It tastes good and feels..
Soybean ice cream is good.
Tried their Tao Foo Fah with ice, with Osmanthus Jelly. I think this combo doesn't really match.
One of the nicer ice cream around Puchong, besides Inside Scoop. Love the big waffle and large scoop.
The muffle's texture is like banana cake. Still tasty and filling, we pick strawberry cheesecake ice-cream.
While I enjoyed Piccoli Lotti, I couldn’t help but draw comparisons to the other local gelato/ice-cream brand, Inside Scoop. I think they’re both unique, since the flavours they offer are different – but taste-wise, I think Inside Scoop still wins in my book. It’s not to say that Piccoli Lotti isn’t good, but based on what we tried, their flavours seem to be a bit more subtle, whereas Inside Scoop tends to have stronger, creamier flavours, which I prefer.
Seterusnya, kami order kek klasik Medovik ataupun honey cake. Sedap ya amat! Rasa kek-kek Russian ni lainla dari kek Secret Recipe tuh. Tak heavy sangat dengan krim mewah. Tapi masih sedap dan kena lah dengan tekak kami anak-beranak ni.
So, with Torte by Linda in your sight and on your radar, it’s time to make plans to delight your taste buds with some mouthwatering Russian cakes and pastries.
I liked the Matcha Latte here. It wasn’t overwhelming in Matcha which was awesome because there was just a lil bitterness. The drink as a whole was milky and foamy, not too sweet. I liked it.
Besides Dao, this is our favourite soy place in Puchong. Four season taufufa is pretty good, and Lychee Boba Pudding is very interesting (pop in your mouth).
From each of the brunch selection above, from Hearty Pie, Hot Pressed Toast and Goma Salad you can choose either 1 and each comes with a hot mushroom soup with only RM 17.90. Please note that Bene Brunch only available on Saturday and Sunday for All day long.
Fruits have always been a treat to have especially when it comes to having fruits with desserts. Just recently, Caffè Bene Malaysia launched the 2016 Seasonal Special Menu Melon Smile on 20 August 2016 featuring four new menu items: Melon Yogurt Bingsu, Melon Snowflake, Melon Parfait, and Melon Latte.
Also learnt that, Caffe Bene is more than just coffee. It is a place that being created to be shared among friends and families. It is not only a work space but also a place to hang out with joy and happiness.
More variety than Dao, quality not as good as Dao.
This toufu dessert is nice too.
Triple Q for season combo is pretty good, we like it.
Decent place for cendol and rojak in Puchong.
Moomikins decided these were too heavy for a quick afternoon bite, so she ordered plain waffles with a dash of syrup. If you want to build your own waffle, you can do so by choosing a flavour and different toppings / ice cream. The waffles here are nice and fluffy. Crispy exterior, pillowy soft insides. Not too sweet, which is great.
Fish and chips RM 12.90 The first thing that strikes you is their rather affordable menu. You'll be spoilt for choices and best of all, majority of the meals come under RM 20. Of course, that did translate to a smaller portion but you get a bit of everything without paying more. That's a bargain by my books. One may argue that this is a sad excuse for a fried fish but the fact is, you get what you pay for. At least they didn't try to fool you by coating it with a thick batter to give the illusion of size. Taste wise, it's not too bad.
Lots of variety, but taste wise just average.
Newly open Chinese dessert shop, nice modern environment. The sweet barley and ginko nut dessert 白果腐竹薏米糖水 (RM 4.50) is good. It is nice to have a Chinese dessert shop option in..
Strawberry Cheesecake Kakigori is made up of milk ice, fresh strawberry, cheesecake cracker crumbs, whipping cream and strawberry purée. Actually the price of RM21 is high for a bowl of dessert, but since it is a big bowl, of course we can share it out among 2-3 pax. There are free sky juice where you have to take it yourself. The way to order is to go to the counter first, give your order, pay, then go and take it from the counter yourself when it is ready. It is a self service cafe.
Mango Yogurt Kakigori - RM21 Hmm....full of delicious creamy mango puree on top of fine shaved ice. It is made up of yogurt ice, fresh mango and mango puree. As a mango addict, I was delirious to see they provide a small bowl of extra mango puree! This is what I like best, as I can never get enough of mango and always want more, more, more, hehe.
Since we were still full from our lunch at Lim Fried Chicken, we ordered only the best seller – Melon Kakigori. Halved melon, hollowed and filled with melon shaved iced, beautifully laced with freshly scopped melon balls. Undoubtedly pretty for Instagram and Facebook photos, but taste wise, personally, doesn’t up to our liking. Shaved ice was overly sweet, but luckily the melon itself falls on non-sweet version, scores on juicy crunch, just right to balance up the entire sweetness.
【HYGGE 呼嘎】的招牌是珍珠奶茶雪花冰哦!奶茶口感的雪花冰加上QQ的珍珠真的是好特别,真的是另有一番风味!超好吃的啦!
