Lamb lovers can try the revisited Lipsmacking Lamb Burger (RM42) – we are talking 180g of lamb encased in a homemade sundried tomato bagel, surrounded by feta cheese, arugula, onion jam and tomato, along with cumin mayo and olive tapenade dip for your steak fries.
Mai Bar-Becue is available every Thursday and Friday, from 6pm to 10pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 11pm. On a nice sunny day, guests can opt to enjoy their food by the poolside. On the menu, you will find jumbo sausage, chicken, beef, lamb, prawns and other seafood, with prices starting from RM12.
Whether you just head for one, or do what we did and sample everything, Mai Bar-beque tastes great, is in a stunning setting, and is really the perfect way to end a hard day at the office. Their special take on BBQ is available Thursday to Saturday nights, and they tell me they have a rotational menu – definitely looking forward to experiencing new flavours on my next visit.
