Kinabalu National Park, home to the magnificent Mount Kinabalu, is also Malaysia’s first World Heritage Site. While the main attraction of Kinabalu Park is, of course, the climb up to Mount Kinabalu, the park also offers many hiking trails by the base of the mountain.
Labuk Bay’s mission is to provide a sanctuary for the proboscis monkeys and to educate people on sustainable ways of co-existing with nature and its inhabitants…. If you are lucky and sharp eye, the mangroves of Labuk Bay are home to more than just the proboscis monkeys!
