Signature Dancing Fish (Seabass - RM50, Tilapia - RM45, Red Snapper - RM85) Deep fried fish to perfection topped with various ingredients and spices to elevate your taste bud. I can't stop eating this dish and the small bones were quite edible for those who dislike taking them out bit by bit.

Signature Dancing Fish (Seabass MYR 50) We had the seabass where it was deep fried till golden brown before tossed with miang kham ingredients and sourish spicy sauce, rendering it sensational taste in every bite. It could be bit spicy to some, but you could always request them to tone down on the spiciness level. Miang Kham is actually roasted grated coconut mixed with potpourri of condiments and special sauce before wrapped within cha plu leaf- which also known as ‘one bite wrap’.
