For my family of five, we usually opt for the value-for-money set option at RM 39.80 for two pax by having 2 sets of it which is good sharing portion for 5 of us. The set comes with prawns, meatballs, fish balls, fish fillets, tofu, vegetables, dumplings, a variety of bean curd products, eggs and noodles.
这里提供的火锅食材非常多样化, 主要以海鲜为主, 也有各种口味的炒米粉, 但我们无法一一点上桌, 就下次再去吃吧!
The thinly sliced Pork Belly (RM18.80), Meat Ball with Minced Pork (RM6) and QQ Tofu (RM6) are great additions. No matter what's in your pot, be sure to lay on the potent homemade chili sauce! Avg price per person: RM35
There's much excitement taking place at Yugami Steamboat Restaurant with the introduction of their brand new Flaming Fish Broth. In any steamboat, the soup and fresh ingredients are the most important things that make up a wholesome meal. Chefs at Yugami brought their broth to greater heights by adding in liquor prior to flaming up the freshwater prawns before adding in the flavourful fish broth.
Their unique selling point of this soup base as they use more than 20 ingredients and some with their special own mix that the actual soup base is being cooked more than 10 hours to make it solid and pungent with taste.
I have always known that Harbour Steamboat is one of the best steamboat restaurants in KL. But it’s only recently that we finally managed to eat here. Believe it or not, our prior two prior visits back in 2013 and 2015 resulted in us walking away because the restaurant was full house. The waiting line was so long that it filled the entire five foot way. So if you plan to eat here, reservation is recommended especially if it’s a weekend. Either that, or come as early as possible.
Overall, we spent RM110+ for the dinner and 3 of us were almost BOOM!! Really Full very full! Highly recommended people! Give a try!
Still, it was a fun experience and the place is generally quite cozy.
For spicy food lovers, here’s a good place for you to rejoice! "Ma La Xiang Guo" is a heavily spiced dish that I couldn’t get enough. Get ready to get addicted to the numbness from the Sichuan peppercorns.
My tonkotsu soup base was the bomb – C and I ended up finishing almost all of the soup. It was savoury, rich and lipsmacking-ly good! Her Taiwanese Spicy wasn’t bad either, but I think it’s more suitable for those who like that Sichuan mala /chilli oil taste
