The Fullerton Bay Hotel is one of the best city waterfront hotel in terms of location and view.
One of my favourite dishes is the Flambeed Foie Gras with Champagne Poached William Pear, which features an extremely creamy flambéed foie gras paired with a soft and sweet William pear slice doused in Champagne.
I will certainly not forget my Premier Bay View Room with Jacuzzi experience anytime soon.
