这里的雪糕吧原本也是自助餐的一大卖点，如今列入菜单，只剩下四种口味，招牌口味的Chendol当然是我的首选。
Carousel是本地少有的清真认证（halal）酒店自助餐，菜色丰富多元，分成好几个餐台，包括寿司刺身、铁板烧，前菜的生菜、乳酪，西式热菜有各种肉食与现点意大利面，亚洲餐台有各式本地菜肴、泰式炒面等等，推荐这里的鸡饭，也有很不错的印度餐台。
Overall, it was a gastronomic experience with new perspective of Indian-French cuisine.
Many moments I thought I was enjoying French fine dinning 4-course meal.
