The Tomi Sushi Takeaway Menu offers good value Japanese meals. For above average quality Japanese food, the takeaway items are very reasonably priced.
It is surprising how the cheaper items are more outstanding at Tomi Sushi - maybe it could have been our choices but I would return for the oysters and udon.
Rakuya Katong has a trendy fusion omakase concept but the restaurant bar also has bar bites and affordably priced set lunch.
I wouldn't mind going to Rakuya occasionally for a slightly different Japanese meal but i guess the search continues for our staple Japanese meal spot in East Coast.
The team of chefs really do a good job in blending flavours together, and I will definitely make a return to Rakuya on my own budget.

All you can eat Japanese a la carte buffet. With 1-for-1 deals it is even better! The food here is in small portions but there are 180+ items to choose from. Too many items to describe, but all items are great and you can even order Salmon Head Steamboat!

Itacho Sushi @ Bedok Mall is absolutely a must-try. It was a superb lunch. Seriously fresh produce Sushi from seafood to meat and vegetables.
There are many other dishes in Kotobuki’s menu and we would like to return to try some of their other dishes.
Do note that the dish takes about 20 minutes to prepare, so it’s best to let the service staff know in advance once you are ready to have it served.
I would recommend them to my friends. I now know where to get my takoyaki fix the next time I crave for one.
