Keyaki Weekend Brunch Review at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel - $75++, 9 course, sashimi, teppanyaki, grilled prawns, dessert ..
Overall, I visited the restaurant with pretty high expectations which were not met at all with the exception of the very picturesque garden perfect for that nice photo to reminisce about travelling in Japan.
Nonetheless, for $75+++, this 8 course brunch is quite worth it. Not quite exquisite, but quality Japanese food.

Service at Tomi Sushi is polite, efficient, attentive, and professional; well suited for a fine dining establishment, even though they're actually a casual dining place.

at Sushi Jiro @ PARKROYAL you get reasonably priced good food prepared with fine ingredients in an elegant space at a reasonable price.
One of the most luxury dishes on the 10-course omakase has to be the Lobster Sashimi topped with Sea Urchin, Caviar, Ikura and Gold Flakes. In my opinion, this is the best way to appreciate the sweetness of the lobster meat.
Sushi Jiro is currently running a 20% promotion off all sake and wine on their expansive drinks menu so there really is no reason why you should be skipping alcohol for your next meal there.
Benihana Singapore review : Lunch at New Teppanyaki Restaurant at Millenia Walk with pictures of menu with prices, teppanyaki counter ...
The sides of cheesy mocha and homemade tofu were still better than our mains proper though the tofu was way too dense for liking.
This is a restaurant that we would return to without doubt on days when we crave good Japanese food.
While some Japanese Curry eateries are offering a choice of spiciness level, there is no preference for customer here as it is fixed.
Overall, our lunch at Tengawa Hokkaido White Curry was an interesting experience.
This restaurant piqued my curiosity because of the curry’s unusual colour, but it is the curry’s taste and the staff’s hospitality that make me want to go back for more.
Shiok ah! Personally, the price tag of S$13.80 for my salad was a tad expensive to indulge on a regular basis and i guess i would have to make do with the usual, un-chopped version at home.
Overall not a place that is mindblowingly great, but it is some where I would return to for my fuss free salad fix!
My favourites are Mentai Teriyaki Chicken, Premium Beef Tataki and Soft Shell Crab Salad.
Saboten Millenia Walk is a good place for tonkatsu and it also has a collection of other dishes that are suitable for casual dining. The place is pleasant and comfortable, the service is helpful, friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable.
Keisuke Group opens their first-ever Hokkaido specialty ramen concept at Millenia Walk.
Overall, while it was nice to have a big spacious restaurant almost all to ourselves, we thought the food at Shio & Pepe was quite average.
Can accommodate large groups. Cosy ambience.
Meal at Shio & Pepe was extremely enjoyable. I thought it would be most suitable for the family with kids, from the menu to the ambience, it was designed for the family.
My friend and I enjoyed the ambience and the food here. The batter is light and does not overpower the fresh ingredients. Simple and yet creative I would say. First time trying exquisite tempura omakase cuisine and it is a good one.
To my surprise, this was accompanied by a sesame dressing (presumably the Kewpie bottled stuff), and there was no karashi mustard either.
The tsukemono on each table that I used to use to help shovel down extra bowls of rice with are also now gone. Sigh.
With every Teishoku set ordered, get your Smartphone “stamped” through the YAYOI SG mobile application.
This isn't listed on the paper menu at Marutama, but it was listed in the ordering system that they use for each table, so I grabbed one, especially since the photo showed it as being practically carpeted in green onions. It's too bad then that the real thing wasn't quite as green. It wasn't that interesting either, as it was just their basic ramen with an extra helping of negi.
Gochi-So Shokudon specializes in Buta Don with Campovilla Black Iberico Pork.
Overall, Tachihara Coffee is a pleasant cafe we will visit over and over again as it is a nice place with simple, reasonably priced food and coffee and friendly service.
Since Pullman Bakery is related to Tachihara Coffee, diners would come expecting more varied baked items, and perhaps some favourite dishes in time to come.
Overall, the choices in the “Awesome” set lunch menu in Takujo Japanese Dining are not cheap but are certainly reasonable considering the options available.
For the right occasions, Takujo is a worthy option to consider. While it is not the most affordable of meals, we reckoned that Takujo’s pricing is fairly reasonable for its premium offerings.
For what you pay, Hifumi will definitely give you its worth and more. I can see myself coming back to this place when I’m meeting my friends.
6 reviews of Hifumi Japanese Restaurant "A decent place for casual, family dining if you aren't picky eaters and don't mind the noise. First off, the appetizer bar is free, and the dishes are surprisingly varied and tasty. (We liked the egg…
The tsukune had cuts of nankotsu in it for some playful texture, while the rice was firm and pearly, and even the miso soup had a bit of smokiness to it. I'm curious now to know what the place inside is like.
All in all, accessibility, quality & quantity of food, and price point, I would say is money worthwhile spending.
