Great spicy savoury sweet flavours here. Highly recommended!
Overall, the food here is not too bad, but it is a little pricey.
The beef bulgogi was raved about by Tan Hsueh Yun of The Straits Times. While the beef bulgogi was quite savoury and tasty, with some sweetness, I thought the bread to beef ratio was too high, i.e., too much bread. The bread was also the chewy type, while I favoured softer bread for such Asian fusion sandwiches. The latte was not bad. This seemed to be a cafe favoured by Korean housewives.
I’ll definitely be adding this quaint cafe to my list of brunch dates with my boo.

Overall, having experienced a few Korean sashimi meals in Jeju and Singapore, I like Pohang Seafood SG the most.

Expect very simple yet authentic Korean dishes at Myung Ga II Korean BBQ.
There are several Korean places up on the rooftop of Beauty World Centre. We randomly walked into this "Korea Family Restaurant" (144 Upper Bukit Timah Road #04-04, 6835-0877) without realizing that this was actually from the same Myung Ga folks down the street at Bukit Timah Plaza.

Of course, we couldn't pass up the Gimbabs that the restaurant specialized in. Our selection offered a variety of options that highlighted the restaurant's culinary creativity.
