Verdict: Not a bad choice at all for a chain Bak Kut Teh restaurant, good portion and the flavor suit my tastebud. It has been raining for two days continuously and what’s better than having some warm soupy Bak Kut Teh for dinner? I definitely want it, how about you?
Nasi Lemak Buluh Perindu, the must-try menu in Sisik. Rice with the coconut milk stuffing with Pandan Leaf and wrapping in the Banana Leaf and steam in Bamboo will leave the extraordinary taste that very hard to describe even when you already taste it.
We did mention earlier that the restaurant does serve Malaysian most popular dish i.e. Nasi Lemak, but here at Resoran Sisik Ikan Bakar; their rendition of Nasi Lemak which makes a perfect partner in crime with the Ikan Bakar and seafood is in the form that is served in bamboo and hence it is aptly named Nasi Lemak Buluh Perindu.
