Taste:8/10(Good. The oysters were good and quite fresh but the selection is quite limited and small size. The restaurant has wrongly estimate the demand for their oysters and we feel not enough even though we have taken 2 dozens. The first round were ok but second round oysters were small. Truffle chicken breast with risotto mushroom taste great with very tender meat and smooth. Sausages were great as well. A bit disappointing that they only give one lamb sausage on the platter. It should have 2 each).
Tonight's 5-course wine dégustation menu is priced at RM330.00++ per person. Considering Soleil's refined ambience and impeccable table service, the price is very affordable to people who appreciate fine wines. In fact, Soleil aims to make quality wines more accessible to the average customer.
Every year my best friends and I will select one good restaurant to celebrate our Christmas gift exchange, therefore this year we have decided to choose this...
Considering Soleil's refined ambience and impeccable table service, the price is very affordable to people who appreciate fine wines.
Roost is an easy choice with friendly waiters and our favourite seat always available. I don’t know if we can ever brace our wallets to eat here, but we’ve indulged in Happy Hour at Roost on multiple occasions. The drink prices are just right for us, and it’s such a chill place.
It can be a hard thing to find a slice of quiet, relaxed ambience, combined with quality, contemporary European cuisine near the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Even scarcer in the city are European dishes, whose ingredients are sourced locally as part of a farm-to-fork concept. This is exactly what Roost, nestled away amidst the bustle of Bangsar, offers. A neat, refined and remarkably fresh look into the goodness of local ingredients, elevated to pleasant heights by Danish head chef Albert Frantzen and his team.
The meaning behind the word "Roost" is a place where birds regularly settle or congregate to rest at night. Minimalist and rustic interior design which makes you feel at ease as you savour their modern European cuisine. To ensure that they only give their best to the patrons, Roost adopts a farm-to-fork initiative.
3rd Course :Grilled Octopus Tentacle As for the third course, one can go for the Grilled Octopus Tentacle or the Truffle Risotto. Being a fans of seafood, the grilled octopus tentacle is definitely my choice. Using only the octopus tentacle, they are beautifully grilled till perfection leaving you with the juicy bites. It is served together with the asparagus confit, courgette pearl and the Roma tomato concasse. The dish is just awesome and each mouthful is heavenly good.
Fourth course - 300 Days Grain Fed Wagyu Cheek For the main course, I opted for this sumptuous beef cheek. Wonderfully braised, the beef cheek has the most incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture, absolutely rich and flavourful, paired beautifully with braised leek, roasted parsnip and crisp, de la vera dust.
Overall review: Dining in Tangerine THE FACE Suites KL is a blissful experience. It sets the right kind of atmosphere, creatively crafted modern European cuisine, friendly service, and ticked the other boxes that a great restaurant have.
Seared Tiger Prawns Aglio Olio was yum. Al-dente spaghetti cooked to absolute perfection and I love the seasonings of Seared Tiger Prawns. Yum however I find it’s little oily in my opinion. Seared Tiger Prawns Aglio Olio @ RM 40
A mixture of nice food could be found at The Boulevard. One of the place that constantly I see my friend check in and also appears in my Instagram is this Define:Food. It is one of a restaurant that sits at level one that have attracted many diners around the area. Define Food is run by chef Malcolm Goh that had gain his reputation in the industry itself.
Nestled between the two giant malls of The Gardens and Mid Valley Mega Mall, this place is definitely an eye-catcher with its chic and modern design from the outside! Donning huge orange wordings on all of their ceiling-to-floor windows, this place is calling out to you and welcoming you with great warmth from afar. This place is currently occupying only the first floor, but renovation work has already commenced in hopes to expand its space which will include an al-fresco dining setting to accommodate more patrons who either loves their food, or their lively vibes throughout the entire place!
Service was personable and attentive – the team took time to explain each and every dish to us, and capably answered our queries. They also anticipated and swiftly attended to our needs throughout the lunch so we had no room for complaints.
Reasons to visit Au Jardin Penang: a beautiful and intimate setting; a celebration of Malaysian ingredients prepared with meticulous European cooking techniques; to really see what the chef can do and just how good local seasonal produce is, order the degustation menu.
All in all, a lunch set that’s value for money and delicious, highly recommended.
Lamb, lobster, dry-aged chicken. These are some of the tempting choices you'd find Joon Dining's Set Lunch...minus the princely sum. The restaurant’s 3 course Set Lunch at RM48++ per person and 4 course for RM60++ per person is a good deal these days.
Overall, we really enjoyed the food here at Joon – with the Izumidai, pasta, and scallops being our favourite dishes, in that order.
gather your family members and friends for a joyful celebration at Restaurant Blanc to spend quality time with love one or friends.
Bring dad and family to enjoy peace of mine fine dining experience with gourmet food and stellar service, while taking in the modern heritage atmosphere in an elegant yet cozy setting.
Reasons to visit BLANC Penang: an exquisite contemporary French menu with the option of premium wine pairing; in-house guests get the extraordinary deal of purchasing the five-course menu for a steal at only RM100 per person.
Our favourite though from the “Smaller” section was the Cold Capellini (RM88) – thin Italian pasta served with amaebi (prawn sashimi), Hokkaido scallops and ikura (salmon roe).
Reasons to visit Playte Contemporary Dining: stylish, streamlined setting; excellent value-for-money five-course meal for RM 130; 20% off all wine by the bottle!
Highly recommended – we really enjoy places like these who aim to showcase local ingredients through contemporary techniques.
“Opened last March, Tifa serves reasonably priced good food in cosy, modest surroundings. Every dish, from the mayonnaise to the sauces, is prepared from scratch by me using market-fresh ingredients.”
Was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price point, especially given its prime location in the heart of KL. Certainly worth a visit if you’re hankering for some Spanish vibes.
The café decorated in most simple and unique way.
Here's the location.

Pressroom Pavilion recently launched its Sunday brunch buffet and a la carte menu. And what a treat it is too. With hot items straight out of the Josper grill, and fresh seafood, chilled champagne too, it’s a great option for friends, family, and even convenient to bring the kids.
Since we were at the Pavilion mall to enjoy their CNY decorations, we had lunch there too. We wanted to eat braised beef cheek but a short while after placing our order for it at 12 noon which is the time the lunch menu takes effect, we were told that they do not have beef cheek for that day so we ordered tenderloin steak.
Overall, it's a nice experience.
Reasons to visit: personalized experience; creative design of rooms; convenient location; excellent and inspiring food options.
Reasons to visit: wonderfully creative fare made with high quality ingredients; charming and casual setting; the menu changes frequently but if you catch Mu-shu Chicken or Mochi on the menu, be sure to place an order.
ANJO Modern European Fine Dining and Hidden Bar is located at Jalan Petaling (Petaling Street / Chinatown) KL. At a glance, the exterior looks like a European building and it offers fine dining and hidden bar in the same building.
这里除了有超值的午餐套餐,当然也有供应晚餐咯!
Braised Beef Cheek Bourgonion was delicious, the meat was beautifully cooked to fork-tender and served over a bed of creamy Mashed Potatoes. We love the flavors and texture, our only complaint is the portion.... which we hope to be larger.
Euro Deli Delicatessen is a charming European restaurant long-operating at Gurney Plaza; it has constantly luring shoppers with its European-focused menu offering a vast enticing delights like German Pork Knuckle, Bratwurst, Hungarian Goulash, English Meat Plate etc. Despite showcasing a bar-like decor, the restaurant is in fact has a family-friendly atmosphere that presets diners with a relaxed, inviting interior, complete with warm wooden accents. In the evenings, the place is well-received amongst social drinkers or those who fancy imported European Beers. Euro Deli gives an impression as a drinking place but the menu should not be forsaken as well, particularly for meat lovers. Popular choices are the meaty, well-spiced Bratwurst and crackling Pork Knuckle.
I picked the Argentise lamb (Argentine chimchurri) served with homemade Argentine sauce (1RM32.00)…or at least, that was what it said on the menu and I thought it sounded promising. Unfortunately, I did not think it was anything spectacular, a little on the tough side and quite a hassle to wrestle with it to get it off the bone
除了咖啡和甜點,他們家也售賣主食喔…有全日早餐,沙拉,意大利麵還有西餐供你選擇
无论如何,也表示这里的食物尚有进步的空间,只要精益求精,一定会得分不少。加油吧!
I ordered their Seafood Meehoon and it was served in a matter of minutes. Truly amazing flavours and they were generous with the seafood. Everything was just perfect. In fact, it wouldn't be wrong for me to say that this was the best Noodles dish that I have had in a cafe. If you're around Glomac Damansara, do drop by and you'd be amazed by the flavours and hospitality. 9/10 shall be my rating for the above dish. Highly recommended.
