A huge rock welcomes visitors to Tanjung Piai, Johor, Malaysia, the southernmost point of mainland Asia. Entrance fees cost RM 5 for Malaysians and RM10.00 for foreigners and parking costs RM3.00 per car. The opening hours are 9 am – 5 pm from Tuesdays to Sundays. The perfect trip includes visiting the Tanjung Piai National Park plus a stay at the Kukup fishing village.
Both sides of the pathway were all green of the Bakau trees and at this low tide I could see the roots all above grounds and seedlings just sprouting all over. To make the walkway colorful the Park Authority has placed signage at various places to give the visitors information of what are there to see in the park. There are also interesting signage giving soft warning like the one shown on the left of this paragraph. And I believe it does give a clear and loud message to the visitors.
