The food at Quivo was good, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression on us. It was pretty expensive too, so we won’t be returning. I wouldn’t write off this place, though. Most of the other restaurants in the Pavilion Mall Connection are monocultural, but Quivo offers a variety of cuisines. Some dishes are very casual like burgers, while others are more upscale like the surf and turf. Quivo would be an ideal place for a big group so that everyone can get what they want.
Reasons to order Quivo On the Go: a wide selection of western favourites; food that travels reasonably well; something to suit families looking for meat-free options as well as something for the carnivore.
Margherita Pizza X Qeema Pizza The wood-fired pizza with a crispy and thin-crust generously laden with toppings was amazing. Highly recommended!
Dahi Puri – Burst in your mouth with one bite. The simply delicious Indian street snack with shocking flavor.

In here, one must have is their Giant Pork Knuckle. The pork knuckle which is cooked for 3 hours and then being deep fried till perfection. They are then served with the black pepper sauce, baby potatoes, bacon sauerkraut, and grilled vegetables.
Weissbrau is clearly Saturday worthy as this is our second time returning and Mark has begun calling it our “go-to Pavilion place.” It’s not cheap, but you’re going to be spending at least that much at any of the fine dining restaurants at Pavilion Mall. At least at Weissbrau, you’re sure to get a large amount of good food that will fill you up. It’s not the best German eatery in KL nor do they have the most authentic menu, but in a super touristy location like Pavilion KL, this place could be a lot worse… or should I say wurst?

Overall, my friend and I had a truly memorable dining experience at this beautiful rainforest themed fine dining restaurant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional culinary experience in a beautiful elegant and wild setting….
Ferria is a welcome new addition to the Bukit Bintang scene and gives you another option to hang out. Prices are surprisingly decent, especially considering it is right next to Westin KL.
好久没有吃意大利餐吃得那么过瘾了!还真的没想过在Pavilion也可以吃到那么棒的意大利餐,而且环境还相当不错。
Of course, Michelangelo’s is noteworthy for more than just the interior. For about a decade, they have been serving lovely Italian delicacies, churned out by a passionate kitchen team led by Italian Executive Chef Paolo Pala. Read quite a number of positive reviews about this place, finally paid it a visit to pamper our Friday night.
For those looking for hors ’doeuvres to accompany their drinks, Saro’s Signature Shells offers 6 bite-sized pieces of Crispy Fillo pastry topped with different toppings consisting of Beef, Chicken, Tomato, Mushroom, Avocado and Smoked Salmon
Reasons to visit: Enticing mixology, premium drinks and some tasty snacks in stylish and exclusive surroundings.
The Saro Sour is so complicated, it takes forever to make, The condiments are torched with a blow torch, the glass is then smoked with the smoke from that procedure, and then only the cocktail is made. Having said that, at the end of the day, this remained my favourite, uncomplicated but yet subtle, and very elegant.
Guinness Malaysia has officially launched its first-ever flagship outlet, Arthur’s Storehouse in Malaysia at Pavilion KL. Fans can enjoy the true Guinness experience alongside a Guinness-infused food and cocktail menu as well as exclusive merchandise imported from the Dublin Storehouse.
Reasons to La Boca Latino Bar in Pavilion: 3 – 6 pm happy hours selling the Venezuelan passionfruit rum punch, Guarapita, 1 for 1; vibrant, lively setting; love the plant-based starters of Elote and Camote; meat-lovers should not miss the barbecue platter; great lunch deals and two-for-one Illy coffee Monday to Friday before 6 pm.
I enjoyed my visit to The Alchemy very much and intend to come back again when I’m in a bougie mood. The servers were very attentive and prioritised precision, not expediency. I was very surprised at the prices not being outrageous considering the location. I have absolutely seen cocktails at tacky bars that cost more than the prices here. The drink prices in each category (except whiskies) are satisfyingly round numbers with little differentiation. Cost-conscious individuals like myself aren’t immediately drawn to the cheapest option because there are about twenty premium choices that are all the same price. RM40 for a lovingly prepared cocktail by a friendly and gentle bartender that I get to enjoy in a beautiful, relaxing setting – I’ll happily shell out for that.
Reasons to visit The Alchemy, The Starhill Dining: It was difficult to narrow down the field, but Vesper, Alaska and Bittersweet Symphony were our favourites. If you’re a G&T fiend, ask Johnny and his team to mix up an original scientific exploration just for you.
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 3PM to 6PM, enjoy 3-tiers afternoon tea set that put together beautiful, dainty morsels, complimented by your choice of tea/coffee. The Alchemy New Yorker Afternoon Tea is priced at RM160 for two
With a name like Churrascaria, one would expect the restaurant to churn out heaps of mouth-watering barbecued meats. Qba Bar & Grill, one of the restaurants housed within The Westin Kuala Lumpur, one of the most exclusive hotels in the heart of Kuala Lumpur; offers all you can eat Brazilian-inspired churrascaria-style buffet. The award-winning restaurant earns its reputation for serving some of the best grills in town, head there with a big appetite and expect a constant carving of not only meat but a generous offer of Seafood as well. The dining area behind the drinking place (of Qba) has a rustic, vibrant and easy-going atmosphere; making it a fun place to hangout (alcohols can be ordered at additional costs). There are basic buffet counters right in front of the kitchen bar (with rotisserie in live action) that offer starters while mains are served to your table. With the help of a red and green stand, diners can decide whether they can still go on or put the indulgence to a halt. Dessert on the other hand, shall be served (though repeat orders is allowed, there will be only one type of dessert at all times). For the best value deal, check with the staff on the credit card discounts available. Brazilian Churrascaria Buffet Dinner Available on every Friday and Saturday Time: 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm Price: Rm 130 nett per diner
QBA BAR & GRILL FESTIVE BRAZILIAN CHURRASCARIA Christmas Eve Brazilian Churrascaria Buffet 6.30pm – 10.30pm Menu New Year’s Eve Brazilian Churrascaria Buffet 6.30pm – 10.30pm Menu Price: RM168nett per person (food only)
Every Friday and Saturday, the award-winning Qba Bar & Grill in The Westin KL will be transformed into a churrascaria, where meat lovers can indulge in an all-you-can-eat Brazilian Churrascaria buffet spread with a fantastic selection of perfectly-grilled meat and seafood. Priced at RM120 nett per person, I have to say it is great value for money, especially with the great selection on offer.
With so many esteemed outlets flourishing ever since the new extension of Pavilion KL shopping mall came alive, various F&B brands also starts pouring in on top of the potpourri of specialties shops, departmental stores, jewellery and timepieces, fashions, urban leisures and many more. And among them is the stylish ACME Bar & Coffee, located at the third floor of the shopping mall’s covered promenade, just slightly further up from Michelangelo's (my fave Italian pit stop)
Although I've read some negative reviews of this place, I have to say I was pretty pleased with both the food and service on my two visits except for the overpriced drinks that didn't impress. The Spring Noodle Bowl wasn't something I thought I would enjoy but I did! Try the blackened salmon steak and grilled lime chicken or a bit of both in the Sea-to-Land Sharing Platter. Both starters I had (from the Raw Bar section of the menu) I liked too (and you will too if you enjoy tangy flavours). This was a place where the ratings weren't very flattering and yet it turned out better than I had hoped (in fact, even better than some I tried with higher ratings)...go figure! ^_~ So, don't take anyone's word for it...always try it out at least once (or twice in my case) to find out for yourself.
Although prices are on the higher end, especially the drinks, the place offers a good creative mix of local, western, Japanese, Thai and Mediterranean flavours. More importantly, I did enjoy the food I had here which I found to be distinctively pleasurable and well executed. The Sea-to-Land Platter is a great sharing platter that is sure to please with the grilled lime chicken and blackened salmon being my favourites. Also, not-to-be-missed is the utterly divine Sizzling Coconut Nangka Brownie. The romantic vibe of the place makes it a perfect setting to take your better half on date nights or for special occasions...or simply to have a good meal in a gorgeous environment. Would I be back? Certainly, without a shadow of a doubt! ^_~
Overall Rating: 7/10. I'd recommend O'Galito for its eclectic mix of Mediterranean offerings and especially the Piri Piri Chicken - clear winner of my meal. Christmas Set Menu: Soup, Main Course, Dessert, 2 glasses of red or white house pouring wine. Wednesday Ladies Night: One (1) complimentary cocktail or mocktail & Buy one (1) free one (1) bottle of wine.
My personal favorite was the Gambas Al Ajillo (RM47), with incredibly large and fresh tiger prawns, sauteed in garlic, olive oil and chilli. Loved dipping the bread into the garlicky oil - so delicious!
Highlights are: Vieiras a la Parrilla (RM35) – scallops lightly oiled and topped with diced red pepper and sweet papaya
Exciting things are happening at Pavilion and the brand spanking new refurbishments of a KL legend, La Bodega, is one of them. An industry oldie, La Bodega, first opened its doors to a crowd hungry for Spanish food and beverage in Bangsar over 18 years ago. Now, though, and keeping up with the times, a sister outlet in Pavilion has had a facelift giving it a contemporary look, while maintaining the fun and friendly service that La Bodega is known for. The Yum List joined the reopening celebrations, which just so happened to coincide with the Spanish national day, and found a new love for an old fave.
Though the service wasn't poor, it wasn't very attentive. Though the food wasn't half bad, it didn't deliver in every aspect. Though prices were reasonable, they weren't matched by portion sizes. Even with a starter and a main each, you'd still come out not fully satiated as portions just weren't hearty enough (in the end, we had to go elsewhere to get something to snack on). With food taste that didn't impress enough, coupled with smallish portions for the price paid and where service could be better, it came down to just little things that weren't done right that makes me wonder if I'd ever return to This Establishment! :'(
When I look for a place to eat in shopping malls, my preference lies with smaller or independent establishments that do not have branches elsewhere. In Pavilion, The Establishment is one of the newer and more original F&B tenants that got our attention. Their simple yet eclectic menu offers both Asian and Western dishes, all day breakfast and an array of finger food
For the price paid (RM32), I was expecting a little bit more from the pie in terms of portion and taste. It was as if they were trying to bulk us up with gigantic portions of mash and peas to make up for the size of the pie. In the end, I left both the mash and peas unfinished as it was just too much + they weren't all that pleasant-tasting (especially the peas!). >_<
Gravy Baby at KL Pavilion offers good Happy Hour price for Beer but food prices are on the "high side" due to its location.
Reasons to visit JW Firehouse: Centrally located in KL’s shopping and business district, relaxing atmosphere, expansive drink selection – give the Pink Mojito a try!
Reasons to visit 443 Bar Lounge: 50% off selected spirits and cocktails daily, during the 5 pm – 7 pm happy hour; intimate and semi-private seating areas, allowing for deep conversation; and an old world charm in the middle of Kuala Lumpur.
Seafood Aglio Olio (RM 22) One of the must to have here is the Seafood Aglio Olio. The perfectly tossed Linguine is served with the generous shrimps, garlic, squids as well as chili and parsley. The dish comes simply impressive where they are cooked al-dente and comes with the light kick of spiciness in it.
Tiger White is a refreshing wheat beer that adds spices such as cloves, parsley and orange peel, and has a little bit of tangy taste to it; I do quite like it.
