TLDR , Zok noodle serves pretty standard above par noodels - the prawn wanton is the highlight signature of the shop. We skipped dimsum as RM6 & above per serving is pretty steep price. In all honesty, the food here is pretty much over-hyped by reviewers/blogger.
Char siew and shrimp wantan noodles RM 9.50 The noodles were totally unexpectedly good. Crunchy texture, slightly oily, it goes into my book of good wantan mee 👍Char siew was a slight letdown as it lacked the fat to make it juicy, no caramelization on the skin. The shrimp wantan is worth mentioning as these were huge with one whole not-small shrimp in it.
I ordered the Fresh Prawn Wonton Noodles as that was the reason why I was there. Mum also had the same. SIL had Vietnamese Pork Chop Noodles while Niece had the Double Roasted Meat Noodles. In addition, we also ordered a serving of Dumpling Soup to share. As expected the wontons were superbly delicious. It's the right size. The meat & prawn inside the wonton were fresh and remained its crunch!. It's totally delicious. Will definitely go back for more again!!....
I think the food is average, and service has improved with the boss around.
Service and taste have improved since our visit few years ago. Taste wise is okay, but just not to our liking somehow.
I suppose I should try their much talked about Signtature pork ball noodle next time to get a real taste of their 镇山之宝!
Love the Sabah pork noodle and coffee here.
One of our usual place with Sabah style pork noodle and coffee. Tried the toast for first time, it is okay.
Our favourite pork noodle (Sabah version) in Puchong.
To be honest, the pork noodles here are decent and I like ‘white pork’ slices which is very popular in KK, Sabah. Other than that, I thought the pork noodles here are decent.
They do mostly pork noodle so that's what I ordered. Nothing like carbs after a strenuous HIIT session. My dry yellow and vermicelli noodle came soon enough. Boy, is it a good or a bad thing that the noodles are silky smooth from the oil? The idea here is to eat it while it's still hot. It also came with a bowl of pork meat. Thinly sliced pork belly, minced pork ball and of course, liver. This is definitely one of those generic pork soups as it didn't taste much like those or even a hint of pepper. Definitely good with the noodle.
The liver was cleaned well with just a trace of gaminess, and one can tell that the pork slices had been tenderised because they were soft with a melt-in-the mouth texture. The broth was thick with pork flavours as well. Not the best pork noodles I’ve ever had, but pretty good nevertheless. Be prepared to shell out RM9 per bowl, which comes chock full of meat.
Very busy around weekends lunch time, need to wait for 30 minutes. Due to lack of manpower they use a robot for delivery, which didn't help much, and need to make space for robot to roam. Hakka mee..
The portions in the outlet are smaller as compared to what we had at the Seremban outlet. It's also slightly pricier. Nevertheless, it's still good to go for a quick fix if you crave for their noodles, rather than travel all the way to Seremban. Nicholas had half-boiled eggs with kaya-butter toast.
Dry loh shi fun These may look plain but that's because I hadn't tossed them with the sauce below. Sweet and savory, the chili brought it to new heights with its spiciness.
It is not so much about the lala (since they are pretty small anyway), but the tasty mihun. The fried version is pretty good.
Tasty. Worth trying again.

Noodle is average, but the ingredients options are okay. Coffee pass.
Good coffee, nice noodles with custom toppings.
I'd say food sampled today with several pieces of YFG to go with dry Laifun is average but good to see a shop specializes in one thing.
Going to share with you another affordable location that you can try during the weekdays if you fancy curry noodle in a uniquely small size restaurant. Patrons claimed that the dishes did represent the taste of Ipoh - subtle in appearance yet packed with flavors as you eat.
Verdict If you are looking forward to Ipoh-style noodle dishes, light-medium taste or perhaps new location to dine in, this will be a place for you.
The noodle shop is very popular in IOI mall, mom love it as well.
Noodles were silky with a slight bite, but can be slurped easily. Chopped parsley added a hint of fragrance. Bokchoy was also thick and fat. Now I know why their outlets are so popular! Food: 9/10! Ambience: No frills, 7/10. Not for lounging around coz the shop is always busy (especially on weekends) and waiters will be eyeing like a hawk to clear your table. Service: 7/10 Price: RM10+
有間面館實在太多家分店了,無論坐落在何處其實口感差別不大。這家店在IOI City Mall,假日來或許會大排場龍。 Menu: 501 三鮮湯板面(撕)
Thoughts: As 大头文猪肉粉 Mun ji Chop Noodle Zone specializes in Pork noodle and in its menu even offers curry Pork noodle. Nevertheless, today only sampling for snacks, their Yong Tou Fu (a bit odd in a Pork noodle shop); but despite being pricey at rm$2/pc, I found it taste good with mixed pork and fish meat plus extra spices in it (I think), comes with pork soup. If the Yong Tou Fu side order (perhaps not their signature) is that good, I am thinking the Pork noodle must be on another level. Will be back for their Pork noodle soon!

You could choose the type of noodles that you want and I went for the standard Mee Hoon. It was impressive to see that they have added Lard, Minced Pork, Pork Balls and Sliced Pork into the dish. Even the soup was so good and my rating for this dish shall be 9/10.
Their Hokkien Mee was another generous platter that came with lots of ingredients and fried lard. The overall preparation is slightly on the moist side but that extra serving of sauces gave it a good boost of taste. Similarly, their Loh Mee was also very good. Both these dishes deserve a rating of 9/10.
No, that's not a declaration above. The name of the place really is I Love Hokkien Mee (14 Jalan Kenari 11, 012-515 6121). But I wouldn't disagree with the name either, as this greasy salty plate of carbs topped with bits of pork lard was just the thing that we needed after a few rounds of drinks tonight. And yes, I'm still a bigger fan of the dark Malaysian version than the Singaporean one.
My favourite hokkien mee place in Puchong.
Overall we like the food taste and cooking at We Love Hokkien Me, their portions are pretty generous and price wise also very reasonable. The restaurant is quite busy especially during dinner time. We Love Hokkien Me is just situated beside Bloommaze Boutique Hotel in the business hub of Bandar Puteri Puchong.
Was it a bad bowl of noodles by any stretch? No. It was just.. okay. Decent. I definitely remember the quality being much better all those years ago, but I guess all good things come to an end?
Our favourite place for pan mee in Puchong.
Pan Mee, Coffee plus a side dish. Perfect.
Nice pan mee place in Puchong, though the saltiness is a bit inconsistent. Nice selection of side dishes and coffee.
Nice Pork Noodle, pricey.
We were surprised the place is fairly crowded during dinner time. I would say the pork noodle is pretty good, service is fast. Many free flow drink options available, but the fruit tea and lemon..
The pork noodle is good, got my mom's approval. The white curry mee is not good according to my mom, but I think it is okay. The unfortunate things is they don't serve good coffee here, instead..
Decent pan mee for lunch.

Verdict: The kampua noodles may be good, but not every item on the menu is. Still, the food is affordable and the resto is air conditioned, so probably a nice place to stop by if you’re craving for cheap and fast fare.
吃了其实觉得还好罢了,味道一般,面很Q,菊花茶好喝不过有点太甜。我个人也不会再光顾了,不过口味是很个人的,我不喜欢可能你会喜欢呢,
The shop filled up with customers as lunch time rolled in. Waiting time is short, service is efficient and its a comfortable place to have a quick meal. Other than Kampua, they also serve dishes like fried rice, fried noodles, noodle soup, curry, etc.
Overall, the standard dropped since my last few visits at the Kuchai Lama outlet. IMHO, maybe the lack of quality control, which is a normal franchising issue and hiring of foreign workers as chefs contributes to the degrading quality of the food. Sad but seems like its a norm at most eateries nowadays. Well, so much for a bowl of dough!
Most of us had Pork Noodles and SIL had Pork Chop Rice to share with Nicholas. Can see that the slice of pork chop is decent. As for the pork noodles, I still prefer the one offered at Restoran Hao Peng You, Taman Damai Utama, Puchong. Sorry, I may be bias, but that's one of the coffee shops that I frequent. The pork noodles @ Like Mee Noodle House is edible and the condiments are ok. Like what I always say, one man's meat is another man's poison. All of us have our own preference and it is certainly fine. You will have to check it out and see if it suits your palate...😁
