Without recommendation from friends, I doubt I would ever check out Mian Jia Noodle Bar at Holland Village ; reason being there are too man...
The noodles had a very thick robust broth, full of crustacean flavours and resembling a lobster bisque. It reminded me of the prawn broth at Naked Finn – this was fine praise.
I am glad that I have discovered a new noodle place that serves a delicious and a quality bowl of noodle.
These were some tasty noodles, slick with oil, pork lard and savoury sauce, and soft with bite. The minced meat was similarly well flavoured and the fried stuffed goods or yong tau foo tasty and crispy. The stuffed goods in soup was nicely savoury and bouncy, but a bit less impressive.
