This is how a proper Mee Pok (RM8.50) should look like. It should be dry, the noodle should be springy and there should be a balanced amount of minced meat and lard to go around. But what really makes the noodle is the chili sauce which adds an appetizing kick to the overall experience. Without the chili sauce, the mee pok wouldn’t be complete.
